Cottage holiday rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Great get away in a perfect neighborhood. After riding around on the island I had my doubts there could be a such nice quiet house amongst all of the crowds that were found along the beaches. When we pulled up to the cottage all of my fears went out the window, it is located on a quiet dead end street, there were probably less than 10 cars went by in the two days we were there. The house it self was just as described, one of the cutest places we have ever rented. Missy was a great host, always communicated quickly, and provided great recommendations for the area. 5 Stars all the way around. We will be back!

This place offers everything! Access to the city, 2 blocks from a Kroger’s, a lovely back yard with a hot tub and the apartment was furnished nicely.

What a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our short weekend stay in one of the tiny houses! Private yet homey feeling. This park was great with the pool, hot tub, gaming options and the surroundings were so serene. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. We are already looking to book another stay soon! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying here. My kids loved the pool & gaming area. My husband loved watching March madness in the sunroom. It’s a 10min walk to the beach. Everything was so clean. We would deff stay again.

We absolutely LOVED the place! From the moment we pulled in until the moment we left, it was a wonderful experience. The beach is moments away in the golf car, the hot tub and swing made the evenings memorable and decor inside capped off an amazing vacation experience. This was one of those getaways that you never want to leave.

This place was terrific! Even better than the pictures. Clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great as were the bedrooms and outside amenities. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

could not believe how cute and nice this house is! so girly and fun! so many little details to make it perfect! answered our questions so quickly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a fun stay! we will definitely stay here again! I may even decorate my guest room to be just as cute and accomodating!

Rustic. Everything you’d expect from a Savannah home. Would stay again.

The experience staying at this place was really good! We didn’t notice that it was a shared space but thankfully no one else stayed in the room next to us. Perfect room space for 1 or 2 people. The space was really cozy and it was what we were looking for while visiting Savannah! Parking on the street was easy, always found parking. We walked around and found the Forsyth park that was nearby. Restaurants are very pricy around but it’s nice to walk around.

Jenny’s cottage was simply adorable! I traveled from California to visit my daughter and her new husband. We were exploring Savannah and the Tybee area. The cottage was centrally located to both. Only about 20 minutes to historic Savannah. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely family room and a vintage chic kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable with a king bed in the master and a comfy trundle in the second bedroom. Jenny was so responsive and easy to contact. We had a few requests and she responded so quickly and generously. She had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The grounds were lovely with a sitting area and fire pit. We enjoyed a walk through the neighboring areas. It was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay at Jenny’s cottage again and highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Jenny for hosting us! We’re so glad we found you!

The Village Unit 8 was perfect! It was absolutely adorable, clean, decorated nicely and had everything you could need. The perfect home away from home. We felt safe and cozy in our little village cottage.

Beautiful apartment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Close to local supermarket, restaurants and downtown area. Gabe was quick to respond to any questions and made my stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

A fantastic 2 bedroom apartment just a 10 minute walk away from Forsyth Park and the historic district. The accommodations were great and the apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Savannah. Would stay here again when visiting Savannah.

The loft was really spacious and the beds were super comfy!!! And the host was so responsive and extremely accommodating!! Very clean and well decorated. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything. Definitely recommend!!

It was nice and quiet. Exactly what I needed.

We had a such great weekend at Keila's home! We arrived late at night to plenty of lights on, cold drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter, all very much appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs and a cute little coffee station. We appreciated the washer and dryer after a weekend of exploring it was nice to go home with clean clothes. The home is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown and is an easy drive to get there. Keila was very responsive to my questions and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again for a great stay!

I don’t want to write glowingly for fear that it will always be booked when I want to stay! Lol But alas, I must be honest and say it was perfection. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed at. I am a clean freak, accommodations snob and this place checked all the boxes. It is hard to find a place in Savannah that doesn’t have old bathtubs and o was so happy with the showers! The decor was on point, adorable furnishings that were quality. Comfy beds and linens. Kitchenettes were great, although I never use the kitchens as we eat out. Loved that there were 4 TVs to accommodate every viewing angle. Everything was thought out well (every light fixture, plants, hooks, arrangement, you name it). This will be my place every year!

Martin’s place was perfect for me and my daughter’s trip! We came for a concert and stayed a few days beforehand. We brought our bikes and it was so centrally located that we never got back in our car until checkout! Would stay here again to explore more of Savannah!

Enjoyed our stay. Great location between Savannah and Tybee Island. Walk to the river to watch sunrise, also walkable to numerous restaurants. Very clean with everything you could want or need. Would stay again if ever back in the area!

We had a great five night stay in the Cottage at HollyOaks on the Marsh. It was very spacious and extremely quiet. Also it had the most comfy bed & duvet ever! So we slept extremely well each night!! Nice grounds to wander around, although we didn't find the extensive trails that we had anticipated. Very easy getting in & out with key pad codes and only 25 mins drive to downtown Savannah. A good restaurant recommendation we found was Garibaldi Savannah at 315 W Congress St. We had a beautiful meal there with excellent service and wonderful ambience in the main restaurant. Another recommendation for an excellent lunch is Chive Sea Bar & Lounge, 4 W Broughton St. We had a gorgeous lunch sitting out in the sunshine on the street. Another 'must see' recommendation is the very interesting American Prohibition Museum at 209 W Saint Julian St. with the amazing displays & videos/photographs depicting the 14 year prohibition on alcohol. Overall - a wonderful and memorable stay in Savannah.

This beautiful cottage was one of the best places we have ever booked! Situated on a gorgeous and unique property with huge trees and other lush foliage, it is a peaceful and serene setting unlike any other. The interior was clean, decorated with care and truly comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the henhouse and its friendly occupants. Jennifer Jo was a friendly, outgoing hostess who takes pride in her town and its surroundings. She had terrific recommendations for dining and activities. We plan to return next time we are in the area for another memorable stay!

Jay’s place was just as described in a lovely neighborhood with a nice private back area. Plenty of space for multiple guests and comfortable accommodations.
