Holiday rentals with breakfast in South-East Melbourne

Andrew's place was fantastic and satisfied all of our needs. Is a great open plan living room / kitchen with plenty of space. We were having a working holiday and needed ample table space and powerpoints for computers. The dining table was huge and there was plenty of other space to setup. The couches and coffee table are on wheels making it super easy to adjust the room slightly. The house was super close to the shops but felt nice and private where it was. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back again soon!

Justin’s place was a delight to stay in. It was comfortable, homely and the facilities were above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend it if you have a family group needing somewhere to stay - you will not be disappointed. Hopefully we can stay again one day.

I had afantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Fiona was an amazing host—welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

Raluca was very responsive and clear. The place was great for our family with lots of little touches that really stood out and made out experience comfortable and homely. We'll definitely be back. We had a great time.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved this place! Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights on my own.. Quality linen, comfy bed. The place was spotless and the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Breakfast provided with fresh bread, eggs and avocado and a block of chocolate for the sweet tooth. Loved the view and greenery, felt so serene and tranquil, exactly what I was looking for. This apartment is perfectly located for my needs. We have both family and friends just minutes from the apartment - so it’s a no brainer. But aside from that blessing, the ease of public’s transport (Tram 1), Lygon St, and facilities such as the public swimming pool - well, you couldn’t get better. Louise was super helpful and I was in touch with her quite a bit given I want to rent the apartment again… If you want inner west at a really manageable price point - this is your place!

I was in Melb for 3 nights for a work trip and adored this sweet little cottage, with homely touches and a beautiful sunny outlook. The perfect place to come ‘home’ to at the end of the day and great cafes for the start! Melinda could not have been more welcoming.

I’ ve had wonderfull days in Kristina’s appartement. I arrived late and was very pleased with the delights Kristina left for me, also for breakfast. I felt very much at home and could both find rest and enjoy the lively environment. I highly recomment Kristina’s place!

Katri’s place is ideally located right in the heart of Warrandyte. It is well appointed and very comfortable and easy to find. Good off street parking and pleasant Bushland surrounds. Katri is helpful communicative and non-imposing. Very impressive stay.

I booked the Airbnb for my parents who were visiting and they had a great stay at Rod and Anne’s. The apartment was well equipped for their long stay. They were able to do their laundry and cook some simple meals in the apartment too. Location is amazing, just minutes away from the Metro and lots of food establishments right at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the beautiful space with us.

Great 2 week stay at Jessica’s. Enjoyed the apartment very much. Location excellent for 15 mins walk to Northcote swimming pool and restaurants and shops on the doorstop.

Michelle always responded within a short time. She was kind and helpful when we couldn’t find a parking place. We ended up at the museum, a short walk, a little pricey, but we were happy to have found it! We will stay here again when return to beautiful Melbourne again! Linda & Ken

Napier Guesthouse does not disappoint on any level. It is completely and utterly perfect. From the beautifully appointed kitchen, to the fresh breakfast supplies, to the rainwater shower, to the linen sheets. It even smells amazing. Everything has been carefully considered and thoughtfully presented. This world that Daniel has created is simply sublime. I can't wait to go back. Add to that it is attached to a fantastic wine bar (Napier Quarter) that has the most amazing food and wine and its location makes everything you could ever want in Fitzroy a close stroll away. Daniel is also at the ready with the best recommendations for what to do, where to eat and drink. A true host, the best host. I would give it 11 stars if I could I just cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had a gorgeous stay at Lavender Farm. Such a beautiful location to spend a few days, relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast provisions and walnut cake were so thoughtful and delicious. We would recommend a weekend away at Lavender Farm to everyone. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Sharon went out of her way to accommodate our needs and made many suggestions to assist us with our experience on the island and on our extended journey. We stayed for three nights and would have loved to stay longer, but we had to move on. The space is so cozy and Sharon provides many goodies in addition to breakfast every day. It’s a very comfortable and quiet space. The garden is a special treat. Awesome stay!
