Weaver’s Nook is beautifully located in a quiet lane close to the centre of Golcar. Penny is a lovely, friendly host. The cottage is well-equipped with a comfortable bed. I loved the cute sitting room with the stone fireplace and twinkly fairy lights. All beautifully decorated with gorgeous colour mixes.

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 winds. The apartment had everything we needed. The views were incredible. The hosts were very attentive and answered all our questions instantly. They also allowed us to have a late check out last minute on the last day which was extremely helpful in our circumstance. The reviews are what made us book this Airbnb and we were not disappointed. We would highly recommended if you are looking at this place to stay. We would return.

We spent a night in the Sheperds Hut last night and it was absolutely perfect! Amy and Gavin were super helpful, responsive, the birthday card and chocolates were a lovely touch too! It is cosy, clean, private, peaceful and the hot tub was incredible! I've come back feeling so refreshed and would definitely stay again. Amazing value for money! it was so lovely to wake up and see all the chickens mooching about too! would 100% recommend:)

Mike was a true super host. This townhouse is beautiful. It’s over 3 floors. We entered into a stunning kitchen situated on the lower ground floor. The kitchen was sparkling clean and really well equipped. Mike left croissants, jam and milk. Mike thought of everything, there was a towel for the dog, poo bags and a shower head I think may have fitted onto the outside tap. The beds were very comfortable and the house heated up in minutes. The upstairs shower was amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this air b&b you will not be disappointed. There is a pub, co-op and Dominoes pizza all within easy walking distance and there is off road parking at the back of the property. I will definitely book for any future trips to Huddersfield. If you love the outdoors there are lots of walks within a short drive of this house.
