Holiday rentals with a hot tub in South Carlsbad State Beach

Great place, made you feel like you were staying in a home away from home. The house was clean and organized with lots of amenities and extra activities that weren’t listed on the site, making it great for families with kids. Front yard was even bigger than seen in photos. Definitely would stay here again if ever needed to. Overall a great home to book for vacations. In the middle of San Diego as well which is nice since we have friends and family that were only a 10-20 min drive away. Highly recommend booking a stay here for anyone interested.

Highly recommended this place. Matthew was awesome with communication and the place was perfect. All amenities, hot tub pool table was a plus. Best vacation ever. So walkable to everything including my son and beach !!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kimberly's place. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The upstairs area with the master bedroom, family room, kitchen was nice for hanging out. We enjoyed some of the board games that were at the house.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others staying in the area! The backyard was a highlight and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a hiccup actually getting into the place, but once we were inside, it was great! The hot tub, sauna, ice bath, and fenced-in backyard made for a great time away. The location is really close to things and having parking was nice.

Tyler was extremely helpful, responded immediately, and his place had everything I needed when I had an issue, he sprung into action and fixed it immediately. I would definitely stay at either this place or another one of his places again.

The home was clean & as described. The amenities were thoughtful, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. The kitchen was stocked & there was a plethora of bedding, towels & quality pillows. The neighborhood was quiet & in walking distance of a big shopping area & quick to get on the freeways to get around. The backyard had a great outdoor eating area & fully fenced for privacy. We had 3 adults, 4 teens & a younger child with plenty of room for all of us to relax. The kids enjoyed the hot tub & the backyard games. I thought the price was a good deal for the home & I would absolutely rent from James & Gladys again. I was impressed with how responsive they were & they never seemed bothered by my questions. They seemed like very kind & generous people. Excellent home for families!

Omar's place is in a great location in San Diego. Being not too far from I-805, it's about a 10-minute drive from downtown San Diego and about a 15-minute drive to east county. There are restaurants and grocery stores only a few minutes away to get anything you might need during your stay. The house itself is amazing. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. While we couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year because the water is too cold, we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi which is a really nice touch. We found ourselves in it almost every day. Omar's instructions on how to use the jacuzzi were easy to follow. Omar is a wonderful host. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for a nice place to stay while visiting San Diego that is close to everything, this is it.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Five friends who have worked together across California for 25 years came together for 4 days. We found this place perfect for our get-together. The home was comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. It was close to a variety of activities. Shopping was easy. The owners were responsive to our needs and questions. It was especially lovely to have the heat on when we walked in and to have a personal welcome note. As a grandmother, I saw many things that my children and grandchildren would enjoy. Thanks again to Liam and Mia for sharing their space with us.

Great find, was looking for a rental house near our wedding location at Botanica near by. There were plenty of options, but this place had the most amenities, in the best location, for the best price. Neighborhood was quiet, and very clean. House was pristine, and well decorated with nice appliances, everything new. Bedrooms were super comfy, heating also worked great as it was mid winter and temperatures dropped at night. Host Marie was also very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Will stay here again in the future if in the area.

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

The house was spacious and inviting for all our 9 guests, ages 3-50. The games were fun and the outside entertainment area was great. My only relatively minor issues were Gabe’s slow response time and his refusal to drop off our bags early enough to help us out with our our kids coming in early from the East Coast.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The management team was incredibly professional and helpful, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the chance to enjoy nature. The hot tub was a fantastic touch for some much-needed relaxation, and the basketball and tennis courts were a hit with the whole family. Our 6-year-old daughter absolutely adored the bunk beds and all the space to play—it was a perfect setup for her to have fun and feel at home. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat. This is among my favorite Airbnb experiences of all time. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Our family and friends had a fantastic time over the New Year holiday at The Villa in Fallbrook, hosted by Simon and Jodi. It was so nice to see a welcome ceramic plate with my name by the entry door. A well equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable furnishings, and a breathtaking views to top it all off.
