Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Bruny

Very beautiful place however it needs a bit of care and maintenance. Unfortunately the check in time of 3pm doesn't leave much time to relax and enjoy the surrounds especially for the price. There is limited condiments which is helpful. The beds and linen is very conofrtable. The host is very responsive and has detailed instructions, however might need a uni degree to work out the oven! Overall a nice place to stay with a short walk to a very beautiful beach.

Good location, close to the shopping center, and just a 20-minute drive to the CBD. The house is spacious enough for six people, clean, and matches the photos. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. The only downside is that there’s just one air conditioner in the living room, which isn’t sufficient to cool the entire house. Overall, still a pleasant stay!

We arrived to a warm and sunny place with beautiful views and great amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pantry had heaps of extra bits and bobs. The beds were super comfy and the linen was very high quality. The best bit was the beautiful beach literally 10 metres across the road. Our swim was very relaxing. Will definitely be returning!!

Spent 3 wonderful days at Wina's property in Alonnah. The house was as described with ample space for myself and 5 friends. Everything was as described and more, very well stocked kitchen, lots of books and games to keep us occupied, as well as table tennis table in a separate space! We loved the location - perfectly situated to be close to restaurants, beaches and easy driving distance from anywhere. Highly recommend a trip to Bruny to stay here - we will definitely be back!

The house was delightful! Very comfortable for 8 people (kids inclusive), plus perfectly accessible for people with needs. The facilities are great, well stocked with good basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, etc). Super friendly and responsive host, cleanliness top notch, and the views - to die for! Fantastic location for a family chill out time.

Absolutely perfect in every respect! Beautiful peaceful location. Great facilities including a trampoline and cubby and games for kids...kayaks a bonus! Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with David! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tricia’s for 5 nights. We used it as a base for day outings and it was perfect. Coming back each day to the best view was so relaxing. The house is old but extremely comfortable. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Super comfortable queen bed and a large combustion heater that warms the whole house on cold nights. We can definitely recommend this air bnb property.

Sometimes when a property is described as beachfront it's slightly misleading but not in this case. The property is located down the quieter end of the beach and you literally walk over the road and take a little path of ten steps to the water. We were here on a hot day, also a public holiday and encountered only a scattering of people on the beach. The water was crystal clear and with trees dotted around there is shade for everyone which is such a bonus. Our teenagers made full use of all the fabulous equipment on offer and spent endless hours in the water. The fact that you only have to carry the kayaks and paddle boards over the road makes it so much more user friendly. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. There is wonderful, comfortable furniture everywhere to sit and relax and just enjoy the space. Sitting out on the front deck looking out to the water is quite magical. Love, love this place and can't wait to come again.

loved this place and would stay again. Loved the design and all the features. Big bath is amazing. Breakfast a real treat. Sheets really luxurious. Being so close to beach was spectacular, and in the end it didn't matter that couldn't see beach from deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jana’s place! We spent 4 nights when we first arrived in Tasmania and found it to be a good spot for exploring the area. A few small beaches in walking distance (or Sandy Bay about a 5-7 minute drive), and a nice bushwalk nearby on the Allum Cliffs trail (we even saw a kangaroo!). Hobart CBD is just 10 minutes by car, or there is a bus to Hobart or Kingston a few blocks away. It was lovely to hear the birdsong first thing in the morning and enjoy a coffee out on the patio. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was very clean and well-equipped. Jana’s guidebook contained useful information, and she even left a few treats for us, which were appreciated. Great value and a lovely, peaceful, quiet place to stay.

Ann's place is perfect for a small family. Ann is a great host with is approachable at all time but also gave us privacy. We enjoyed the welcome bubbles at the front porch while enjoying the amazing view on our first evening. Ann payed attention to details ( welcome bubbles and croissant) as well as breakfast condiments. We feld welcomed from the minute we entered the place. Highly recommend this beautiful place, Anke

A beautiful place to stay!! Near to beach and supermarkets

Dennis and Helen welcomed us to our stay and made us feel at home with their warm personalities, charm and kindness. The place was neat, warm, welcoming, cosy, in a quiet and fresh environment,just want we needed to prepare in ushering in the new year and exploring Tasmania. We found the place to be beautiful furnished with fresh linens on such a wonderful mattress and bed, could sleep on an on with beautiful gardens to enjoy a sunrise cocktails or some peace and quiet, with generous provisions to enjoy some breakfast, stay hydrated, refreshed and catered for. By our bedside was some fresh lavender and all around the unit something to appreciate. The bus to the city, was conveniently located a minute from the house. We would definitely love to visit Dennis and Helen again and would recommend their Airbnb stay. it's a 12/10 🥳 With thanks, Dawn

Brian was a great host with clear instructions. He was friendly and gave a welcome gift - a large fresh abalone which he personally dive caught! The house is clean and clutter free. The plants were also lovely and added to the character of the house. Location is good - near to Hobart city and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend. :)

Amazing place. I strongly recommend this place. It is right opposite to the beach. Many restaurants in walkable distance. All shops and amenities are also near by. The place is really clean, spotless and very well maintained. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive. I strongly recommend this place.
