Beachfront holiday rental in South Bruny

Emanda’s Seagrass on Sunset Bay is a wonderful retreat. To be able to have my dog with me was the icing on the cake. I loved being able to look through the trees in the back yard to see the water each morning from inside. Would love to return.

This house has such a magical feel. It is located in a beautiful spot on Bruny Island that is uncrowded, a short walk to Hotel Bruny for lunch or dinner and right on the beach with a view to Satellite Island. Kayaking, swimming, beach-combing, roasting marshmallows on the fire, indoor and outdoor games to play and a very well equipped kitchen make it super convenient to stay put. Or you can take a short drive each day to explore different sites and attractions on Bruny!

What a perfect stay over Christmas - the view and location can’t be beat as it’s central to most things in Bruny. The house was full of cozy blankets and fireplace which we enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed including the gas grill outside. We enjoyed the wallabies and bunnies in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Loved our 11 night stay in this wonderful home. Highlight for us were several visits from 2 very healthy looking Echidna’s and the abundant bird life. This was truly a home away from home and we felt very comfortable from the time we stepped through the front door. Many happy hours spent in the hammock 😊. We felt right at home here. Beautiful vases of fresh flowers, lovely fruit/cheese platter and fresh bread. We loved the location, glorious sunset and very comfortable Highly recommend if you re just wanting to chill. We drove out to do a lovely walk but found the airbnb very relaxing by the river we just stayed put. Nick was a great host

Little Roaring Bay is a stunning place to visit 🤩 We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The view from the deck of the ocean and the hills is absolutely beautiful. The area is so peaceful and the locals were friendly. We loved being able to walk down to the beach for swims and the bath on the deck was very nice to relax in. It was lovely to be able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

We felt at home the minute we walked in the door so clean and cosy, the beach is a beautiful couple of minutes walk away. Not far from the city was a great base for us as we explored Tasmania would recommend staying here to anyone. Rebecca answered quickly and was also so nice 😊

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Annie's place and it was an exceptional experience! The property is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. Annie is an outstanding host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I booked.

Claire’s place was remarkable! We oohed and ahhed when we arrived and didn’t stop doing so during our stay! The proximity to the water is just a few metres! The boys fished right out front, strolling and casting up and down the beach. The home is delightful and sparkling clean! Claire is welcoming, accommodating and quickly receptive to questions. Our favourite part was hearing and watching the waves rolling in. We didn’t want to leave!

Outstanding house with modern architecture and mesmerising views. It has a good sunset view around the waters and also enjoyed the spa with sunset. Would definitely suggest friends and family. Would like to book it again if I visit Tasmania.

Very modern and nicely decorated. The lift inside the apartment is not only fun, but makes a big difference for people with lots of luggages. Don’t worry - super easy to operate. Would love to come back anytime.

The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

Would love to come back to this piece of heaven! House was amazing, all the furnishing looked like something from a magazine. Host was so lovely and very responsive. Views incredible. Hamper such a lovely touch.

An ideal spot for relaxing with unparalleled access to the beach and just a short drive to local amenities.

If you ever get the chance to stay at the Shearer’s shed- seize it. This place will put you right in a blissful state. It’s extremely comfortable, but everything is artful. Not in a way that you think you’ll break it, but it’s a beautiful piece of art. Wardle’s storytelling through architecture and decor, is marvelous. We spent 4 nights here and while we did explore the island one day, but you really don’t need to leave the property. You have treks out your back door, 2 beaches nearby, great scenery, a fire pit, and wildlife surrounding you. Just do listen to Nancy and go grocery shopping for everything you want before taking the ferry on to the island. They have a great kitchen, stocked with all the basics and then some. So, so glad we built this stop into our journey.

This beach house is amazing. We booked this for 6 adult family members and our granddaughter to come together for a 60th birthday. We've been wanting to come here for a while, and it did not disappoint. Incredible location and the beach house has everything you need for a self-contained get away. The pantry has a few basics so remember to stock up before heading over to Bruny. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful getaway.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.
