Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Soufriere

Such a beautiful villa - just like the photos and very private, beautiful and peaceful - apart from the critters at night! Facilities on site such as laundry were really useful too. The pool was cleaned regularly and during our stay our villa was also cleaned and supplies such as toilet roll etc re-stocked. You can walk to Marigot Bay but it’s a bit of a hot walk back due to the hill so if you don’t have a car, worth getting a local taxi. Plenty to do in the Bay - local restaurants, the beach, boat trips and we also did kayaking. The villa is also located fairly centrally to travel both north and south of the island. We feel very blessed to have found this place. The icing on the cake was Anthea who looked after us, meeting us for check in, checking in on us daily to make sure everything was fine, for local recommendations and helping arrange transport back to the airport - thank you so much.

Noella is a great host. the apartment is on a hill, you can see the bay. Nice cross breeze. We had our own balcony. Noella offered to cook dinner our first night as many places had already closed. When we had questions or needed something she responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved my stay at this Airbnb in Choiseul, St. Lucia! Jamie was friendly and welcoming, and it was the perfect gateway to be in nature. Perfect for exploring local culture and beaches. A tranquil retreat (⁠^⁠^⁠).

Nerville and Angel were really helpful and responsive leading up to our time in the apartment. They were wonderful hosts, friendly and they went out their way to make us feel comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach and the restaurants and bars, and with Nerville's taxis at the property there was easy and quick access to their guests who want to go out and see the area.

Beautiful stay & views

I was extremely pleased so much so I booked another stay. The rental is exactly as shown in pics. The host thought of everything-coffee sugar all compliments provided shampoo lotions -the kitchen perfectly stocked with cookware dishes they even have electrical outlets that don’t require adapters to use! The rental is off the main road nestled on private grounds shared with the host -with a few other homes on the property. It was a very welcoming community everyone interacted with me were very friendly and caring -it felt like I was part of a family ! There is a store a vegetable stand and a restaurant that provided free breakfast on the grounds. The environment was cheerful with music always playing in the near distance -It was a great experience. When I checked out it felt like I was leaving family behind-anyone can furnish a rental and run a good business but only very few care beyond the business and from the heart treat you as and consider a guest as ‘family’ Amazing stay I recom

The accommodation is very beautiful, it looks better than on the photos. There is also nice terrace with private pool and jungle view. However, there were some litter around the apartment.

Sea View Comfortable Island Home is a bright, spacious and clean rental unit with a wonderful view of the mountains and ocean in the distance. It is has a huge veranda for you to relax, enjoy a drink...or just enjoy the view. It is ideally located in Black Bay, a short drive from down town Vieux Fort. I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

This apartment exceeded all expectations! Immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, it has everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the design and amenities is outstanding, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring Soufriere, offering a genuine local experience while feeling completely safe. The views from the porches—whether it’s the sunset over the town or the breathtaking Pitons—are absolutely gorgeous. To top it off, the host was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible stay at the Paradise Factory! Phil's house is just beyond words- so beautiful - situated in the most perfect and peaceful surroundings that comes with breath taking views. From the moment we booked, until we checked out, everything was flawless. Top notch hospitality, very responsive, extremely friendly and helpful. Garvin, who takes care of the villa, was super helpful in every way he could. He went above and beyond. We are so glad that our paths crossed with these genuinely nice people. They all made us feel like family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back 🙌

Craig was an amazing host. Very responsive, and his colleague Shameka was equally great. The house itself was well equipped, spacious, and very comfortable. Approximately 10 mins to town, and 15-20 mins to major attractions. Our family had a great time and want to thank Craig for being such a wonderful host.

We spent a very relaxing 9 days here. The views were spectacular overlooking the sea. The terrace was shaded for most of the day with the pool area being really sunny. The bedrooms all had doors onto the terrace. Definitely worth getting up for sunrise. The house was cleaned Monday to Friday. Bonnie was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. She had organised basic groceries for our first day and also supplied tum punch and beer. She organised a trip to the north of the island for us. The beach was less than 20 minutes away and they were virtually empty. You need a car but book early to get something a little better as we had the basic car and although we managed ok, some of the roads are a bit bumpy and the island is mountainous. I really feel that Bonnie has got a great place that enables you to see the real St Lucia away from the big hotels and cruise drop off in the north. Would definitely recommend.

Uta and her daughters were absolutely lovely. The place is glorious, private, and unique. Felt as if we were in a beautiful tree house. Super private, secluded, and special. Solid Wifi, not sure if good for Zooms, but mostly great. If you want to go to longer beaches or do other local activitites, you will need a car, or to take local taxis. Otherwise, absolutely phenomenal! Thank you, Uta and daughters, for an amazing stay!

We highly recommend The Stone House! Sabina was a wonderful host, and the house is beautiful and has a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. The setting is very private, especially at the back of the house overlooking the bay where we saw a number of rainbows during our stay. We would definitely stay at The Stone House again! Sabina has a wonderful binder of local attractions and is very open to questions. General tips: - If you choose to drive, rent a 4x4 vehicle - Grocery shop at Massy’s or CPJ’s - Food: Chateau Mygo, The Villa Restaurant, Bernice’s - just west of the bay dock - Area restaurants: The Sea View Renaissance Café just before Anse la Raye - just opened, excellent lunch with nice views. - Things to do: The rum tour of the distillery just to the south of Marigot Bay was brief, but worthwhile. Make a reservation if you want to do a tour of Cocoa St. Lucie’s - it's a lovely shop.

This home was an absolute dream! Tucked away in the lush St. Lucian rainforest, it truly felt like living in a secluded treehouse surrounded by nature. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind, with nothing but the sounds of the jungle as our backdrop. Very secluded and quiet—an ideal retreat for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality. George was available anytime we needed and knew just where to take us. He is so knowledgeable about the local plants, people, and history of the island, and he was such a pleasure to talk with! Bertilla cooked the most amazing meals, and Catherine kept everything clean and tidy, making our stay even more comfortable. We also loved visiting the nearby resort beach, which had everything we could ask for—snorkeling, paddle boards, ocean hammocks, and a fantastic beachside bar and restaurant. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We didn't want to leave!

We had an incredible stay at The Lookout! The view is nothing short of breathtaking and the outdoor-living, open-concept style was a unique and beautiful touch to our stay on the island. We had many stunning mornings, beautiful sunsets and nights under the stars. Achim was fantastic - attentive, welcoming and full of great recommendations. The property is a bit off the beaten path but the journey up was absolutely worth it. It was within close driving distance to Marigot Bay and we had a lovely day down there. Overall, a great unique and peaceful place to stay on the island!

It is located in a very safe place and walking distance to Rodney Way which is the best area in the whole island. I would definitely be back if I go back to St Lucia.

This is the most possibly gorgeous place in probably top neighborhood beautiful all around comfortable and cozy. i will go back everytime i decide to stay north in St. Lucia and would strongly recommend doing this and driving through the airport yourself from south to enjoy the island or conveniently enjoy arranged pickup transportation by wonderful host. Reduit beach nearby and Pigeon island beach and fort rodney minutes drive. This is a dream place to leave and stay and thanks to host for sharing with us

The Villa was exactly what I wanted for my trip. It’s very close to the airport via taxi, and you can walk into Vieux Fort as well. Brigitte was a kind and accommodating hostess, and she is easily one of the nicest people I have ever met. She recommended great restaurants and locations to visit. The property has an amazing view, and the Villa was a very cozy place to stay; the bed was very comfy and the AC kept the room perfectly cool despite the humidity outside. She made an amazing breakfast for my first morning there, and I had the opportunity to have coffee with several of her friends a couple times during my stay. I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend staying with Brigitte and her sweet dogs, Billy and Heidi!

What a view in a quaint St. Lucia fishing town. Breathtaking. You are able to see Martinique from the balcony. There are fresh vegetables in the garden for cooking. Marigot is right around the corner and then Canaries and Soufriere to the south. We were welcomed immediately upon checkin for parking and then walked to our room and shown our room, all the amenities, and were told about everything the city and island had to offer.
