Beachfront holiday rental in Sosúa

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very spacious, sparkling clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and even a few games/kids toys. The views were even more beautiful than the photos. The condo complex is gated with security at the entrance from the road and from the beach. The downtown was just a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the whole area felt very safe. Luis was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Excellent stay, the villa was amazing as advertised, great location, two restaurants and convenience store in the community. Our stay was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Second level Master Suite included two balconies, one of which the view overlooked the pool, very nice, and full bathrooms in every room. Thank you Lseven and Maria for your hospitality, we all felt at home, greatly appreciated. You both are a good example of what a five star host is. We will definitely be reaching out to you and your team for future stays. Thanks again for everything!

Our stay here was a very good one. If I go back to DR I’ll definitely hear again. Communications with the host was very good. Nice place to stay away from stress.

We loved staying at Jimmy’s Airbnb! Jimmy was attentive the whole time, and his father-in-law, Miguel, gave us a warm welcome! This villa is beautiful. Very neat and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable for my family of 10 people. Mildred was very welcoming and responsive. Amazing, pristine , clean beach. We loved everything about our stay at Edilio and Mildred’s place. Would definitely stay there again.

Myself and our family had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place for the holidays. The house was better than we expected and the location was perfect for us. She was very helpful and responsive in booking the trip and helped to handle a weather related problem. We hired the chefs she recommended, Carmen and Daniel, who kept us happily fed (including a vegetarian) all week. We would give them 5 stars as well! Overall, we highly recommend Martina’s beautiful home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The location is ideal, with everything on hand, like grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed it very much. However, for longer stays, it might be helpful to add some essential amenities, like a coffee machine, dish linens, and some extra cooking utensils. Also, if you plan to work with WiFi, be aware that there is a lack of stability inside the unit, although it works better outdoors. That said, we recommend this place for its comfort and location!”

This was a 3rd time staying in one of Milquella villas and still loved it. The place is beautiful and right by the beach, near all amenities and is a described. Staff is so responsive and polite. Definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice property and I had a long stay here. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is spotless and everything worked great. I really enjoyed the board games with my friends. There are no TVs in the apartment, so bring a laptop or a stereo if you want some music. Enjoy!

Stefan was wonderful and highly responsive during our stay with him. He helped us with ideas for places to eat and local spots to check out. The apartment is fantastic with a breathtaking view and a deck over the beach. You can hear the waves from the very comfortable bed. Worth every penny.

Great place for our family of four to spend a few days exploring Puerto Plata. Easy to walk to all the sightseeing and convenient dedicated parking. The neighborhood is very traditional and has great families.

we are already in Nikolay's apartment for the 2nd time and will come. As a windsurfer/kiter, the perfect location with the opportunity to store his belongings on the terrace. Nikolay is great, if there is a problem gsb, he responded to the messages within küze and fixed easily.

We stayed for 2 months at Bay Rock and had a lovely time. Ronald and the team were responsive and addressed issues that came up. There were a few things / repairs that were needed, but the team addressed them quickly. Overall the space was great. There is not a balcony but the rest of the facilities - pool / sitting area etc. were great and the beach was exceptional.

I really liked the proximity to the pool and beach. The place is quiet, the apartment is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Ana is always attentive to my needs, quick response. I would gladly stay in this apartment again.

Beautiful villa, exactly like the photos. We all really had a relaxing, special time. There are lots of places to lounge and play games that the villa has plenty of. Always fun when travelling with family. There was always plenty of hot water and the beds were extremely comfortable. My favourite was the sound room and the beautiful rain water, organic pool. Absolute bliss. Thank you Vincent and Mario.
