Carmen and her Husband Eddie were absolutely excellent! Very attentive of any needs or direction. And exceptional Host with class! The place boasted huge bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms and 2 balconies at a reasonable rate for my 10 day staycation. And the view over looking kite beach through the beautiful palm trees were absolutely jaw dropping with the sunset stealing all the beauty. AAA+

Had a great stay- there was a little miscommunication with the driver who took me directly to the condo instead of the check in area but once we got is sorted out everything was great - would definitely rent again- Thanks

Great quiet location. The home was clean and has a great view of the pool and ocean from the living room and master bedroom balcony. The picture that shows the back of the property, pool and beach is a little deceiving. There’s no beach right below the pool. There’s only big rocks and the water flows all the way up to the wall of rocks. Overall nice place and I would stay again.

Yonel’s place is great. Excellent location, but also private and quiet. Yonel was always quick with good advice and recommendations for the area. Great value, and great host!

Thanks George and Cristina. Condo had everything you would need. Ocean view from bedroom and living area. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Cristina accommodated our extra request with no delay. Book this condo. I will definitely be back.

Luis place was amazing! I felt right at home, and very private. Luis and his wife are very nice and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait for my next family trip! Definitely recommend Luis place!!!

Everything is very good, it feels La Paz that in another place not. And as a host he gets advice. It was a good choice.

The photos don't do justice the apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool! Feels very homie and is very spacious. Located within the Blue JackTar hotel and is well maintained. One thing to note, although the AC's in the bedroom work very well the main room is serviced by a fan.

It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved the space it was cozy and very clean. It was my first time staying at this location and will definitely come back. Paola is super friendly and very helpful.

Everything was so nice and flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They helped me stay for a month, which was great. Great pool and bbq area. Will definitely come back when I’ll go to the Dominican Republic

Excellent accommodation, everything was very organized and clean. The place is quiet and safe. Liliana is very kind and responsible.

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

Excellent stay, everything was clean and comfortable

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The beach was incredibly private. If I go back I will choose the room that faces the water. It is quieter and a little more private. But all in all it was a fantastic stay. Daret is one of the most wonderful people that I have ever met! The food in her restaurant is delicious. So were the margaritas😁

Kw was extremely helpful and very proactive in providing information in advance to complete the required E-ticket for Dominican immigration and checking whether transportation was required from the airport. The location is ideal and within a 5-minute walk of all the great downtown Cabarete restaurants and bars on the beach. Janet's the local grocery store is also just a 5-minute walk away for all your food and beverage needs. The room is easily accessible and on the first floor which made it easy to get out to and back in from the pool or to go for a walk along the beach. Hope to stay there again!

This is a beautiful location, very private and secure. The apartment is very spacious with a nice view. I would definitely return.
