Mayuri's place is ithoughtfully furnished, warm and cosy. there are beat little touches in every room that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is quiet, serene and very relaxing. the caretaker was very kind and attentive to all our requests and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. the food was absolutely delicious and exceptional. Zooey, the resident dog was super friendly and even hung out with us during the lovely evening bonfires. I've stayed at multiple Airbnb's all over the world and this one is right at the top of my list. Thank you Mayuri, for making our stay memorable.

We stayed at this property for four days with our family of eight, and it was a great experience. Since we are from the plains, the first day felt a bit challenging—the property is at a high altitude, and the narrow roads through the hills were a little scary for us. But after that, everything just got better. The hospitality was amazing. Mohar ji, the owner, is kind and always ready to help. Amar ji, the chef, cooked everything we asked for perfectly, and the North Indian food was especially delicious. Tirathram ji, the caretaker, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a refreshing stay, enjoyed a small bonfire and barbecue, and loved the peaceful surroundings. The view from the property is breathtaking, with beautiful mornings and starry nights. If you're looking for a quiet and scenic place to relax with great food and warm hospitality, this is the perfect spot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Very beautiful place, worth it. They have good food near by, the home owner made it easier for us, gave us suggestions. Wi-fi, heaters and everything else is comfortable. Only thing to note is, there is only a single bathroom inside the house, but also there is another outside. Everything aside, it was a good place. Extra details: The owners and helpers gave contact for taxi and bikes for rent. Taxi is better for 2 days, to visit rhotang pass, kasol and river rafting at kullu. We paid Rs. 9000 for two days, but personally one day is enough for rhotang pass (snow) and river rafting. Second day, there is not much local place for the driver to show around, make smarter decisions. Also, book your own activities for cheaper rates, the driver might take commission at costlier shops.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene retreat!

We stayed for 3 days and absolutely loved the place. It is exactly as described in the listing, and in fact, there are a some hidden surprises for guests over and above the description. The location is pristine yet accessible to the mall road. The amazing view of the snow covered mountain tops from the rooms is mesmerizing. We found the place very well maintained and clean, with good detailing for added guest comfort. Sahib happened to be at the property during our stay and was a thorough host, always friendly and willing to help. The caretaker Ajay and his team were also polite, good cooks, and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay and we hope to visit again very soon!

A very cozy and beautifully maintained property. The views are breathtaking and we had a lot of fun sitting out by the terrace as well as bathing in the sun during the day. The 2 helps there were extremely proactive and were truly helpful. Would definitely recommend going to Mountain Shack if you plan on staying in Dhobi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rajendra Ji’s place! He and his wife were such warm and welcoming hosts, making us feel completely at home. The homemade food was not only delicious but also so affordable,we couldn't have asked for better! A special mention for the milk they served us; I usually don’t drink milk without Bournvita, but this one was so fresh and tasty that I loved it just as it was! Their kindness and hospitality were truly unmatched. They were always polite and caring, making sure we had everything we needed. The friendly dogs on the property added to the charm, making the experience even more delightful. And the location? Absolutely breathtaking! Words simply can’t do justice to the beauty of the surroundings. To top it all off, the people in the area were incredibly warm and friendly, adding to the overall homely vibe of the place. If you’re looking for a stay that feels like home with amazing food, serene views, and heartwarming hospitality this place to be💖
