This Hotel is fantastic. Large, clean and in a quiet location. Hien and her family take great care of their guests and help with every request. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes by scooter or 20 minutes by bike to Hoi An. Both can be rented at the accommodation.

We stayed for 1 month and loved it! The room with attached bathroom and balcony was very comfortable and super clean, overlooking the great pool and beautiful garden. There is a communal kitchen for guests, washing machines and bicycles free to use, fast wifi everywhere. The family who lives on the groundfloor and is hosting you is super friendly and their little dog (Boy) such a cutie. We will miss him and this place. It's the perfect home for a longer stay, 20min cycling to the Old town, 10min to the rice fields and 20min to the beach. Thanks Rossie & your family for this wonderful stay we will never forget ❤️

Nam is an excellent host. He was always available for questions and attentive to my needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient. I was satisfied with my stay, and I would recommend Nam as a great host.

The apartment and the house are clean and very beautiful. Super confortable and amazing cost-benefit! Totally recommended and I want to come back to stay at this place!
