Monthly Rentals in Somorrostro beach

I booked the apartment nearly a year ago, and had great communication from Anna from the very beginning. The apartment is in an awesome location, 100m from a little supermarket, from the beach and boardwalk, and many restaurants and bars. I stayed in Barcelona for 3 months, so walked the area and the city every day - the area is not noisy - but there is a lot of activity being near the beach, and people walk through the streets, not very quietly, but the biggest noise is actually other tourists who may stay in the building. I slept with earplugs. The apartment is great for 1 or 2 people, beautifully decorated, cleaning products provided, and everything you need for even a long stay. It is an easy walk into the cbd, and there are eBikes, taxis and the metro and busses, within 30 - 50 m form the apartment. The apartment is very secure, very light and airy, great little balcony for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening and a great desk for working. Highly recommend :-)

I spent 10 weeks at Oriol’s apartment and throughly enjoyed staying there. It is compact and has everything you need for a long stay. The location is very convenient to public transport, the beach and the cities attractions. It was nice to be in a local neighbourhood with great bakeries, cafes and supermarkets right around the corner. The location is quieter than I had expected and I had no trouble sleeping at night. The small balcony was pleasant for morning coffees. As a solo traveller, the apartment felt safe and secure. There were only 4 apartments using the entrance. I learnt to love the 50 steps up to it. I would recommend Oriols place, and would happily stay again.

Perfect location. convenient to walk around and reach metro, beach and downtown. Oriol was flexible and available for check-in and check-out without problems. The house is comfortable and well-structured, a little dark at some hours of the day but on the other hand it is in a very quiet street.

What an incredible host and incredible stay!!! Noe is kind, easy to communicate with, helpful, and beautiful inside and out. I had the great fortune to visit with her several times during my stay. When I had questions about the apartment, she was quick to respond and volunteered solutions that went above and beyond. She checked in with me when I first made my reservation, before I arrived, right when I did, during my 3-month stay, and before and after checkout. She was always seeking to make sure I had a great time in Barcelona, and inquired if I wanted any extras for the apartment that could be used both for my benefit and for all future guests. Barceloneta is a great, local neighborhood and a summer tourist destination for its beaches. It’s extremely walkable, and very easy for public transportation as well. I came to volunteer at and enjoy the 37th America’s Cup, and it was the perfect location and accommodation. I’m looking forward to returning here or one of Noe’s other places!
