Ele não apenas construiu este apartamento como também muitas outras casas da rua e por anos e anos foi conhecido como Seu Manoel, o espanhol construtor. A vista da mata nativa do Parque das Águas é sempre uma paisagem bem-vinda na janela de nossa cozinha e os tucanos são visitantes assíduos na redondeza. Na Casa Gómez você poderá sentir a tranquila das pequenas cidades do interior de Minas.

Relaxe com sua família nesta acomodação tranquila. A casa possui 2 quartos, sendo uma suíte e um quarto no andar de cima (obs. o único banheiro fica dentro da suíte ) e cozinha, lavabo e garagem no andar de baixo. A entrada é compartilhada com minha casa, mas o espaço é totalmente reservado para os hóspedes. Lugar tranquilo, a 1,5 km do Parque das águas/centro, ônibus na porta, comércios próximos. Não aceitamos festas e bagunças, lugar para descansar e relaxar. Aguardamos você e sua família!

A quiet place for those who want to rest, lots of birds singing, airy house, where the sun hits the beds during winter, an outdoor area where children can feel at ease , as the kitchen has a panoramic window for you to take care of your children while preparing meals . Big, comfortable home. Prepared for families and groups of friends who wish to be in touch with the nature. The main house has 3 large suites, all with views to the garden. Fireplace/reading room, living room, dining room and TV room, a basement with sofas, kitchen and balcony. A large toy room for the little ones, a mining kitchen, with a wood oven, pizza oven and barbecue area. Forget your worries in this quiet, spacious place.

Quiet place,a spacious garage and accommodates up to two cars ,on the street below there is a supermarket, butcher shop and bakery, farmhouse. It is close to the center , within a 15-minute walk , free buses in the city and not to mention the beauty of the city ,super quiet and very safe.
