We had an amazing stay at Laurent’s apartment in Santa Teresa, Rio. I was honestly surprised it was still available, as we booked on short notice, but it turned out to be an incredible find. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The view over Rio is absolutely breathtaking, and the two hammocks in the living room made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. We also really loved the neighborhood. Santa Teresa has such a local, authentic vibe, with great vintage shops, good restaurants, and a charming atmosphere. It was a great base for experiencing a different side of Rio. What made this place extra special was how thoughtfully put together it felt. It’s not just a typical, sterile Airbnb—it has books, personality, and a real sense of home, which made us feel comfortable right away. Laurent, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We truly loved it!

The house has an excellent location, facing a very quiet beach. Keep in mind that the area is windy, and in the evenings the tide rises and there is no sand left. But in the mornings the beach is very usable. The house has a very good layout, with a nice decor, and everything you need to have a great time! The washer and dryers make a differential especially when you travel with children. Marilia recommended us in Deise to help us with the cleaning and preparation of some typical dishes. Highly recommended! I leave here only a couple of points on which could be improved, to make the stay more perfect: The air conditioners are a little old and therefore noisy. Another theme to consider to improve is that the house always has a pretty intense musty smell, despite having several special wet boxes. Allergic people should consider this, like nothing that an anti-allergic does not solve. Wonderful place!!!

Our first contact was with Dona Érika super polite and attentive. When we closed the contract with the app, we were accompanied by Mrs. Vânia who sincerely made us feel very comfortable. Very solicitous and quick to respond to messages. Always asking if we were in need of anything, we had no problem with anything at all. The house perfectly matches the photos, all very clean, organized, very comfortable, a treat treat, our son loved (😋), pool next to the barbecue, that is, the barbecue is not far from who is in the pool, excellent in my case that was with my family, wife and son. The condominium is clean and safe, all very close by: market, bakery, butcher,… The beach looks private because, it's not full because it's inside the condominium. In the end, I will definitely be in this house again this year, if God will permit us and live. Many thanks to Dona Érika and Vânia for all your attention. 🙌🏻🙏🏻

Great apt as described in the listing. Quiet and quiet place. Ocean view and Caravelas Beach are spectacular! Felipe always very attentive and responding to the speed. I plan to come back soon.

Excellent in every way! The location is very good for walking in case of not traveling by car. The apartment has everything we need, even more than expected. The kitchen, bathroom, all very complete room. Quietly 4 people very comfortable. The super attentive hosts and answered everything very quickly. I had no problems in the 10 days I stay. I would give it more stars if possible.
