Monthly Rentals in Soiana

We had a great time in Peccioli, it’s a special place, it’s a great location for touring Tuscany, it’s away from the crowds so really nice to get back to each evening. The accommodation was excellent, Lorenzo was very helpful, and the Restaurant Ferretti, just 5m from the front door is highly recommended, from pastries and coffee in the morning to amazing Italian meals in the evening, don’t go anywhere else.

We spent 6 days in this newly renovated house, well kept and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful in providing us with advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

The place was very well looked after. All rooms were clean amd tidy, and we even got some essentials and ameneties such as coffee, biscuits and towels. The pictures matched exactly the apartment, and Vanda was very atentive and kind. Would recomend 100%.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.
