Shelby was an amazing host - super responsive and very kind. The place was even nicer and bigger than in the photos and was in such a convenient location. It is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. The washing machine and dryer in the unit were a lifesaver for me, and the flat is fully equipped with anything you might need. The AC was amazing and kept the place cool during the summer heat waves. Overall, I could not recommend this place (or Shelby as a host) enough!

Great location, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a very responsive host. David was always available to answer any questions and provide anything needed. The unit is on the first floor and fully equipped with all I needed for my stay. It is located in the Lower East Side, close to subway station, with an easy commute to anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn, within a 20-minute subway ride. There are many grocery shops within a short walk, including Trader Joe's and Essex Market, right around the corner. I highly recommend the space and the host.

I've stayed in many AirBnB's and this one is in the top two. O's is always immediately available via text. I loved that the apartment was clear of clutter and the fridge was completely empty and spotless. In fact all the fixtures and appliances were spotless. There is a washer and a dryer which is really convenient for a long stay. There is also a sufficient supply of cleaning supplies and paper products. This all may not sound like the most important things, but they do make a long stay after a long trip very comfortable. Of course, the location is prime which is the most important part of the stay and the apartment in in the back so it is very quiet. The trade off is, there is no view, but you will not be visiting the City from the inside of an apartment and you will be able to sleep when you return from trying all the cafe's, bars, restaurants and night spots.
