Monthly Rentals in Smithtown Bay

Gaby’s place was clean and comfortable! She is very kind and it was exactly what we needed for the week. Her check in instructions and directions were thorough and the home is in a beautiful area. Already have our next stay booked :)

The space is clean, quiet, comfortable, and in an excellent neighborhood. It's walkable to SBU (1.4 mi from the center of campus) or the water (1.9 mi from West Meadow Beach or 1.5 mi from Stony Brook Beach), and it's an easy, short drive to Port Jeff. Anna is a great host, great with communication, and follow her directions to find the place as Google maps needs an update on how to get to it from the street. I'd stay there again!

Our stay at Zee’s place was great! He was so accommodating, even purchased a brand new pack and play for our infant. The place was spotless, and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again!

The place was exactly like the photos, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. When I caught a cold, they were so thoughtful and even brought me some medicine. I also loved hearing the occasional baby sounds—it made me happy. I truly wish the host and their family all the best! The train station is about a 35-minute walk or a $10 Uber ride away. There’s a bus to the station, but the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk. The closest Starbucks is also about a 20-minute walk, but I actually enjoyed walking there often. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.
