A good place to stay if in Franklin/oil city area. Relaxing and everything you need to feel comfortable. Great host and cabin. There isn’t a lot to do in the winter time in the area so enjoy a peaceful stay someplace nice

We had our annual cousins reunion here for the 2nd time. Everyone loved it!! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the fire pit very much. The place is immaculately clean!! It’s a hidden gem for sure and we have already booked it again for next year!!

Travis was great. He was always responsive and thoughtful. Recommend this great little river getaway to anyone looking for some peace and quiet.

Suite Retreat BNB in Butler, PA is not a BNB, but a lovely, spacious, clean, very well stocked home, in a good location. The house has large bedrooms, each with it's own sitting room and bath. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough to prepare large meals, which we did over the Christmas holiday. The dining room is large with several round tables and chairs to accommodate a large group. Everyone said the beds were comfy. I was happy to find that my room (Pullman Pad) had an adjustable bed. I need to elevate the head of my bed for my reflux condition. The house was clean and neat with lots of pillows and extra towels. We couldn't find any extra blankets, but turned up the heat at night to compensate. We didn't feel the need to bother the owner or manager about extra blankets. There are two sets of washer and dryer in the basement, which was so convenient and appreciated. The owner is so responsive, I will definitely book again for family gatherings! PS, if you like tea BYO ;-)

Sean was very helpful! The place felt right at home. My car even got stuck in the drive way and they helped us get out! Will stay again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful and immaculate home. Carrie truly cares about her guests and we so appreciated her communication and concern that we have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying there!

We live in Florida and have family spread out through Pennsylvania so we decided to rent an AirBnB over the holidays so that we could spend Christmas together. The space was perfect for our family. The adults each had their own bedrooms and the kids slept here and there as kids like to do. The hostess put up a Christmas tree which was such a thoughtful surprise for us. The kitchen was a great space with plenty of room to cook and eat. We had plenty of coffee (thank you!) and snacks in a cute display. The location was perfect for us because we were mainly interested in spending time together and not going anywhere. It was very peaceful. This would also be a great place to spend time with family in the summer since it has a pool, play set, trampoline and fire pit and plenty of run around room for kids. We may just come back to enjoy that part of it more in warmer weather. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Anna thought of everything someone might need for a “home away from home.” The place was beautifully decorated with everything seemingly brand new. It was a very comfortable and peaceful place to hang out. Being outside was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pond and the backdrop of woods with changing autumn leaves. It was the perfect location being so close to the outlets and restaurants too.

Absolutely loved our weekend away in this quaint cottage on the River. The view was perfect, and we could easily relax after a very busy holiday season. We will definitely be returning in a different season so we can experience warmer weather and the outdoors! The gently falling snow all weekend added to the ambiance for sure, but we’d like to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities and nearby things to do! Can’t wait until next time, coming from Buffalo makes it a nice easy and short drive.

This home worked well for our recent women's retreat. The home was clean and had ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our use, a spacious kitchen, and a comfortable space to meet in the living room. The host was very responsive to messages and willing to accommodate some requests we had. A lovely home if you are looking for a space that will work for a larger group of people.
