What a lovely spot. Very remote and peaceful. If you are looking for a private spot for some relaxation, peace and quiet - this is it! Also... And maybe the most important for me this trip... Kim was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. I had to change my plans last minute and Kim was so understanding and helpful. Plus, she wrangled some help for me when I needed it. I liked the place, but I loved the hosts. Super grateful to these folks!

As a Cape Bretoner visiting, Heidi showed my family the true east coast hospitality and could not have been more helpful, friendly and it truly felt as though we were at a family or friends place! The house itself was BEAUTIFUL and having a bathroom in each room was one of the most incredible features. Heidi left someting special for the kids and there was even dishes for children. Truly the best Airbnb experience I have ever had and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I have been staying at Airbnb‘s all over the world for at least 10 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the location is. Perched on top of a hill, the house has huge windows everywhere so that you can admire the view. Below, there is the river, and in the distance, the church spire and mountains. Mark was an extraordinary host, checking on me regularly and going above and beyond anything ☝️ could expect. He gave me lots of great suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house is extremely comfortable. Honestly, I had to force myself to go out and explore because it was so wonderful and peaceful being here. I shall return!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We came here to go snowmobiling and it was right off of the trail. Matt was easy to communicate with and willing to do anything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. We hope to be able to make it back soon.Thanks
