Monthly Rentals in Sittee Point

Our group of 10 (including four kids) had a wonderful stay at Sara's villa. Everything matched the listing description, and the home was very clean. Juan, the villa's caretaker, made check-in and check-out easy and was helpful throughout our stay. Sara helped us find a fantastic chef for one dinner. The location was perfect, particularly the fact that it was right on the water in an area with sandy ground, kid-friendly depth/waves, and very few other people. You'll need some form of transportation to get into town (~10 minutes by car; ~20 minutes by golf cart), but there is one beach bar/restaurant within walking distance (open Thurs-Sun). I'd highly recommend this listing for large group/family vacations.

Karen's home in Sittee Point was a fantastic spot for my family to have down time at the beginning and end of our days. Very well located just outside of Hopkins, close enough to drive into town for meals or activity but far enough away from the main town to give us some quiet

We stayed for a month in Hopkins, Christina's studio was perfect. As pictured, spacious, as described, totally clean and everything worked. The pool was good although we preferred going to the beach about 100m away. The apartment is at the south end of town where the larger and newer resorts are and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The older village was about 1,5 km north, we walked the road most days into town and returned walking the beach. Plenty of small, locally owned/operated restaurants and beach bar and grills and a number of good sized grocery stores. We rented a car for a month and we able to enjoy a variety of day trips such as Placencia, Punta Gorda, Dangriga and more. There are also a number of golf cart rentals in Hopkins that you might want to use or bicycles available at the Caribbean Village. Overall, a great apartment, beautiful town and people, please don't rent this apartment because you might make it difficult for me to rent next year lol.

Beautiful location. The beach and canal access, along with the pool, was fantastic. The home itself was very well stocked, something you might take for granted until you realize you are missing it! Hosts and local connection was easy to communicate with and made our stay a pleasure. Would come back in a heartbeat.
