Great place to stay, I wish it was my home. Basically no noise from the neighbors because of the design of the place. Nice, scenic backyard.

Great place to stay. We were in town for two hockey games at Bojangles arena very convenient for us.

meeting Laurie and Phil upon our arrival to get the code to the apt. was a lovely touch. We visited for a moment and felt right at home on their serene, peaceful and quiet property. Place was nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped as we cooked breakfast every morning!

Loved our stay at this townhome. It is very stylish, super comfortable and is in a great, safe location. It looks just like the photos. It is 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte and 2 minutes to Plaza Midwood area where there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It is under a mile to Plaza Midwood so we enjoyed the walk along the main road (sidewalks) lined with large trees and cute houses. The townhome smelled great when we first walked in which is always a great sign. It is well appointed with kitchen supplies so very easy to stay in and cook. Michelle was super responsive and helpful in responding to our inquiries. We stayed for 2.5 months for work and would stay here again and highly recommend to others.
