I had a WONDERFUL time at The View. The location is as described...BUT BETTER. The unit was very clean and neat. Everything needed for a quiet, enjoyable, and relaxing holiday is available. The view of the ocean from the penthouse is beyond breathtaking. There is also a beautiful, private beach area about a 3-4 minute walk from the unit. Bent and Cornelia are outstanding hosts. They provided local guidance for buying groceries, restaurants, and getting around by bus or taxi. They took me to a local market where fresh fish is sold each day! We also went to a local farmer's market where endless sweets, coffee, and other goods are sold. I HIGHLY recommend staying at The View and plan to return again!

We stayed at Surf Song for 10 days and it was absolutely amazing... Nancy, Robin and the family were extremely kind, responsive and hospitable... The apartment was everything they advertised and more! you cannot describe the feeling of being right on the coast, the property is beautiful with direct access to Ken's beach. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. I would recommend Surf Song to anyone visiting Barbados. Nancy and Robin we will see you again very soon 😊
