We were delighted with our stay at Casa de Campo Fidalgos do Dão! Definitely one of the best homes we've ever stayed in. The place is simply amazing, with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Sandra, the host, was a wonderful person, always friendly and ready to guide us in everything we needed. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality. The house and experience deserve 1000 stars on Airbnb! We will definitely be coming back!"

The house was actually more spacious than it appeared to us in the photos. Though the wood stove worked well (and there was a generous amount of wood available), the house was a bit chilly still, partly for being so spacious. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances, utensils, etc we could need. The surroundings were extremely calm and quiet, and had lots of small birds.

A very calm and pleasant area of the country, we stayed only one night and served to rest!!
