We had a great time at Armin’s place. It is in a great location only five minutes walk from the old town and in a nice quiet area. The apartment is modern and spacious. Armin was a great host always responding to any questions. Would recommend if visiting Graz!

We loved Dietmars apartment. While only a studio it has one of the best layouts I’ve stayed at. It was easy to keep it tidy and organized during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Nice location close to transportation, graz is compact and easy to navigate. Would not hesitate in recommending this place.

This was our place for a weekend visit to the DTM in nearby Spielberg. Stay and accommodation were impeccable and professionally prepared. It is important to use the GPS coordinates provided at the time of booking for navigation. A normal input of the street/house number leads to the Pampa at GMaps (on the last few meters). Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Spent a week at the place because I was in the area for work. For me, it was an ideal location - not even 15 minutes by car to Klagenfurt and quietly located to work and switch off. Supermarket and bakery are also nearby and can be reached in 2-3 (car)minutes. The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, is on the ground floor and everything is up to date - corresponds 1 to 1 to the pictures. Everything you need is there, kitchen is fully equipped and a private parking space is also available. Check-in & CheckOut was very easy and flexible with a key box and helpful and friendly advance information from Jürgen. Many thanks for the hospitality, I'd love to come back when I'm around.
