Holiday rentals with a pool in Sibulan

It’s a good place to stay with my family. We went on a short trip to visit my sister who works in Dumaguete. The host is very responsive and helpful. We don’t have any vehicle so it was great that they have a pickup service for free. It’s a bit far from the city if you will commute but there are friendly guards who helped us with getting a tricycle whom we contacted to and from the city. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. My child enjoyed some time at the pool in the clubhouse across the unit.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

We really enjoyed our time staying here, the house is clean and comfortable. The location is peaceful and picturesque, own transport/scooter is advised. There is a super nice and clean pool. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we was able to extend, I would definitely recommend and happily return in the future 😊 thank you

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a separate building in a gated off front yard. There is plenty of space inside and the bathroom felt very new and clean. It’s situated close to the dive resorts/centres. We were able to walk from here to restaurants, cafes and bars. The host kindly sourced a motor for us to use when we wanted to drive to Dumaguete. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was by far the best equipped apartment that we've encountered in the last 6 months, that we spent traveling through South-East Asia. Especially the kitchen was a gem with all sorts of cooking equipment and lots of cutlery and kitchenware (even sharp knives!). The beds are comfy and the split inverter AC units seem pretty new and do a great job.

Very happy with our stay! The apartment was just right for our needs. We had several guests visiting from another island and the location is perfect, near airport and close to the Port of Sibulan. Ellie had the place very clean and tidy. Great for several guest. We actually rented two Airbnb and is accommodated all our guest and gave us a nice location to congregate and visit. It is a gated and guarded community, making it safe and there is a pool and basketball at the community center.

The unit is spotless, with a comfortable sofa and bed. It’s equipped with all the essential kitchen tools and provided enough supplies for the duration of our stay. Vince, the host, is very responsive and helpful. Plus, it’s within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in Dumaguete.

We so enjoyed our stay in Mae’s cozy studio. Although the space was small it met all of our needs. The best mattress we ever slept on . We were able to cook meals as well as enjoy local restaurants. It was in a perfect location, near all amenities, shopping, local outdoor markets, restaurants, banking, transportation, close to airport. The unit had an awesome view over the pool ( ocean in background)which we used daily. We used the gym, pool table and swimming pool. Mae was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend her place. The cost was excellent and included parking . Great stay . Norma and Richard

Too bad there is no Wi-Fi Abens has some noise from ser bar opposite, but after 23:00 is quiet. Would be good who would have toilet paper for the first day. The marina offers a good infrastructure and is very very very safe. Where Dumaguete is very safe

Clean accommodation. It was on the second floor, so it was good to move around.

Hospitable and very responsive host. Great place to stay as it is nearby restaurants and the seaside. Will check in again.
