The unit is spotless, with a comfortable sofa and bed. It’s equipped with all the essential kitchen tools and provided enough supplies for the duration of our stay. Vince, the host, is very responsive and helpful. Plus, it’s within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in Dumaguete.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Dumaguete. The location of this condo is amazing, so many restaurants and it's nice to walk along the waterfront. also, we cooked several meals. the kitchen is well equipped. Edcyl was responsive and helpful. Thanks for the stay!

If you’re planning to stay in dumaguete for a while and your traveling by land with your car, jun’s place is the safest and best location, literally across from cafe racer and lantaw restaurant, walkable to buglas, to hayahay, lab -as, filinvest mall, hyde, tiki bar, great location, with parking for car, highly recommend this location, clean, aesthetic, minimalist room 👌🏻, will surely book again if ever i go back to dgte soon ☺️

Clean accommodation. It was on the second floor, so it was good to move around.

The place was very nice and close to all the restaurants and cafes we wanted to try out. The check in process was quick and the security people were really strict about the registration with guests which made us feel safe since it's really filtered out. We just didn't get to enjoy the amenities during this stay due to time constraints but if we do come back to the city, we will surely book this unit again.

The owner was so kind and understand our situation. One tiny mishaps is that he forgot to tell us the different price for our van

Too bad there is no Wi-Fi Abens has some noise from ser bar opposite, but after 23:00 is quiet. Would be good who would have toilet paper for the first day. The marina offers a good infrastructure and is very very very safe. Where Dumaguete is very safe

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The place is really nice! The room is clean and just as shown in the picture. It is verys secured and we love the amenities. Very accessible too!!! There are trike and bus na dumadaan sa harap mismo ng building. It is also near lang sa mga kainan. Would def book again if I visit dumaguete again.

This property has a beautiful view. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Supermarket is a short tricycle ride away. The property is well maintained, easy to check in. There is lots of security there, so you feel safe. The Host was very professional, hospitable, and prompt to address any concerns. I definitely look forward to returning to this property.

We had an amazing stay at 71% Diving Resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was great for a private family getaway. Will definitely go back there.

I was very impressed with this property and the staff and management were excellent. The unit is very spacious and the bedrooms had ice cold air conditioning. The kitchen is large and easy to work in. The pool was fantastic and got lots of use daily by us. It is about a 20 minute drive to Dumaguete so I think a car is recommended. I will stay here next time I visit and highly recommend it.

Li’s house is in a strategic location where is the center of Dmgt airport, ferry to the downtown. There are many restaurants,bars & markets just by walking. Li’s house also have an open kitchen which is the foodie choice.

Amazing place ! Great location plus nice swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ gym 🏋️‍♀️ and billiards 🎱, all FREE. Comfortable bed 🛌 and nice living room to watch your movie 🍿 at night on the sofa with a free Netflix account ! I highly recommend this place !
