Agmad and his sister are sooooo nice people. Considering location, price, interior, amenities, convenience, the flat is almost overall the best I’ve ever found in Cairo through Airbnb. The moment I walked in I knew I had come to the right place. I plan to stay a week but I have some urgent matter to attend to back home so I had to leave earlier. Next time if I went to Cairo again, I would definitely make the reservation. P.S. They cook delicious local food too😊😊😊

1. The Nile view is so amazing and relaxing. 2. High-speed Internet was so useful at no additional cost. 3. Very friendly and responsive people. Special thanks to the co-host. 4. The neighborhood is not so fancy, however, the location is very near to the downtown and other touristic places. Finding a taxi through various apps was so easy. 5. All kitchen supplies are available in a very good shape. 6. Pharmacy, Bank branch with an ATM, and Grocery shop are very close and located just beside the building. 7. The overall cleanliness level could be further improved.

I stayed at Joe's place for one month. Check-in was a breeze, Joe's father "Baba Joe" met me and brought me up to the apartment. Check-out was easy as well, you just leave the keys on the counter and go. The flat itself is as described. Very safe - there's 24 hour security at the entrance and the door to the apartment itself has a gate. The apartment was passably clean (as is the standard for a lot of places in Cairo), but could really use a thorough cleaning top to bottom, I don’t think this has been done in a long time. The location is ideal in that your close to the airport and not far from downtown. Joe is a very helpful and responsive host. You can message him any time and he responds quickly.
