Our stay at Vahe's place was truly amazing. The place he created in the nature is super unique and restful. Hanging out with Vahe made our time there even better - people who like nature activities and nice shared time around a bonfire this is a top recommendation for you! Plus, the place is on a pit on a forest hill overlooking a super beautiful canyon: best spot for a morning coffee.

The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the owners of the farm. Near the farm there is a convenience store and the village of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, dad Mikayel, mom Marine, and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me like a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games, and long chats. Getting to know them was a gift, more beautiful than I could hope for. a perfect peaceful retreat in Lorri region, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. a bunch of little walks around the house, and nearby you'll find Akhtala monastery and fortress, an absolute must visit in Armenia. the area is filled with cool hikes and monasteries to visit (Haghpat and Sanahin are a must too) Mher is extremely nice, speaks great English, very generous and helpful. he has great recommendations for beautiful spots in the region. we had a homemade dinner at his place that was delicious. highly recommended!
