Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Shenandoah River

Wanda was a very flexible and responsive host. Loved the decor and lots of room to hang out and sleep. We were able to meet the hosts on Saturday while walking around the river bridge and they showed us one of their newly renovated spaces as well as LOTS of good recommendations around the area. Great for a Wisp ski weekend with friends, only 14 mins from the Lodge!

We cannot recommend Mimi’s place enough! It was clean and as advertised. I think what makes this Airbnb special is the clear communication and all the little touches - like lots of tea choices, nice shampoos and soaps, extra chargers to name a few! We will be back and thanks again Mimi!

Joe’s house is a great place to stay with a small group of friends. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood during a snowy week. There were guests staying in the unit below us that can be heard, but we had no issues with loud noises during quiet hours. We did experience some discomfort with the “master bedroom” bed/ mattress but would definitely stay at Joe’s again.

What a wonderful stay at Nadia & Avik’s space! This unit is perfect for a weekend getaway in DC – the neighborhood is lovely, and the space is clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The place is very spacious and the free off street parking was a great value. The place is very modern and shower had a good water pressure and bed was very comfortable. The only con is the footsteps from a floor above so it may not be suitable for a light sleeper. But for us, pros clearly outweighed and it was much better choice than staying in a hotel. Thank you.

Kelly was an incredible host to me and my roommate as we were displaced from our home and had to find a last minute place to stay in our area! She was kind, responsive, and flexible, working with us and with Airbnb to accommodate us. 10/10 recommend

Our family always enjoys coming to Nickel cottage. The game room is always a big hit, with much time being spent playing ping pong and the little ones having age appropriate toys. As a teacher myself, I am impressed with all the children’s books and classic toys. How nice it is to have a family place to gather and have fun! We also enjoy the beautiful scenery and neighborhood cows. We even saw a baby calf with it’s momma. Our Christmas is very special indeed - much due to Grace and her personal care of our family. Her little extras mean so much to us, and we appreciate everything she does to make our stay special!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of things to do. The house was in a nice location. There was lots of space for the kids to play (inside and outside). Overall it was a nice place to stay that was centrally located to a variety of activities. There was a small issue with the front door but maintenance fixed it quickly.

Jeff and Patty’s home is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house is beautifully maintained with so much character, filled with fascinating historical books and charming frames that added to the unique experience. The fireplace was a highlight—it kept us warm and cozy throughout our stay. Jeff and Patty were wonderful hosts, always available and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their care and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to returning in the spring. We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and updated. The view of the lake from the house was beautiful and we enjoyed quiet mornings, having coffee on the dock.

We had a wonderful Christmas on a beautiful property. Overall, everything went well and Ken was very responsive, just wished it would have snowed. Only complaints are that the property is not exclusively private to your party as listed, house needs some updates (electrical), and all the instructions (directions to the cabin, water, heat) can be a bit overwhelming for someone that just wants to arrive and relax. We shared the trails and creek with Ken’s other Air BnB property. Both listings boast private 50 acres and outdoor amenities. Recommend listing “need 4x4 vehicle during inclement weather” and “may share property acres and amenities with one other Air BnB”. Overall, the family and I enjoyed unplugging, the absolute surreal views and haunted trails, fresh eggs and feeding the animals, and the hikes/ATV rides provided by the trail systems.

David's place was perfect for our overnight stay. We arrived a few hours before check in to attend a Caps game and he allowed us to park early at his place. All worked out and I'd book with him again. Thanks David!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Anita’s property. It is one of the best appointed Airbnb‘s. I have ever stayed at. Everything that I could think of was provided. The house was clean and cozy. The condo was great. located right in the middle of so many places to eat and things to do. Kenny went above and beyond by texting me personally so that there would be no delay in response. he also recommended things to do and places to see. The roof top has Great views, parking was so easy and access to room was easy. Loved the tiny little balconies. nice added feature to the condo. only complaint was that bed was little small, it was like a full size bed

They made the booking easy and were responsive, they even upgraded my room to penthouse 3 bedroom. I had more so much room. Definitely plan to book in future so I can really utilize the space, kitchen was equipped everything I was able to cook dinners.
