House holiday rentals in Shaver Lake

10 out of 10 all around. One of the most comfortable and beautiful places we've had the pleasure to stay in. One night we even returned to a small herd of mule deer lazily grazing on the lawn. It was a magical few days here and we hope to return again the next time we're in the area. Plus, you really can't beat the amenities at this location and Beth is delightful.

We had an amazing time, Dylan let us check in early , that was so nice! If we have to go again I’ll be happy to do it again! . I highly recommend.

Our stay at Lisa and Seth's place was great. Their home is very nice and set in a beautiful location. We arrived late on a rainy night, and we were so thankful that the house was warm and welcoming when we went inside. We settled right in and slept great while we were there. They have comfortable beds and linens. The home is conveniently located near Oakhurst where we met up with family. I would love to come back in the summer when the weather is nice so we can enjoy the backyard. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation!

The house was very clean. Very nice and worked great for our family.

Our family with small children and 2 dogs felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for cooking so you dont have to buy every ingredient(spices, seasonings, oil etc). The yard and pool is fenced so no worries about dogs or kids jumping in the pool without your knowledge. Our favorite part was the spacious warm living space and the jacuzzi right outside the back door. Our toddler enjoyed “swimming” multiple times a day, thank you so much for sharing this home. We would love to come back again for sure!

Leslie’s place was really great and in close enough proximity to Yosemite, especially if you want to get to Mariposa Grove. It has the capacity to host a lot of people, and it’s great for a family gatherings. The property was clean and inviting and served as a wonderful home base for our short getaway from Los Angeles. Highly recommend.

The place had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was spacious. The garage had a ping-pong table that we used after our drive back from Yosemite. It's roughly an hour to Yosemite Valley-- but the amenities and convenience are definitely better than staying at a lodge closer to the park. Kevin and Poppy were very quick to respond to all our questions. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend. Thank you for being great hosts.

The Stewart family providing a very welcoming vacation house. We spent 3 nights at the house around Thanksgiving with two families, totaling 8 persons. It fitted us all very comfortably. There are many games and activities to do around the house. Our kids spent MANY hours outside on the huge trampoline in the front of the house, and playing with the foosball table inside the house. We also played soccer and baseball on the baseball field behind the house. So much fun! One day we made a roadtrip to Yosemite, which was a beautiful scenic 1.5hr drive away. The grownups and young-ones all enjoyed the hot tub under the very clear nightly starry sky! Wow so many stars!! We definitely recommend this house for group gatherings! The only downside we could think of was that there are no curtains installed in any of the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and we immediately felt at ease as soon as we walked in. The host was welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming getaway! Would definitely return.

Regina’s place was truly exceptional. It was such a welcoming, clean, and immensely comfortable house — we felt so at home here. There was so much space and the home had such great attention to detail. The backyard was beautiful, and we even had a quick mini photo shoot there since it was so pretty. We came during summer time, so didn’t make use of the hot tub since it was really hot outside, but it seemed really nice for the cooler days. There is also a jacuzzi/tub indoors in the master suite as well, which was really nice even during the summer, since the entire home is very well air conditioned. The kitchen was fully stocked and had almost anything you could possibly need. There was also a plethora of board games, as well as a pool table, so there was so much to do just within the house itself. Regina was also a pleasure to work with and overall was a 10/10 experience. Note: AT&T service was good, but t-mobile was spotty in that area. But once we were in the house, the wifi alleviated any signal issues, so we didn’t have any problems.

Super nice host and beautiful place! If ever deciding to choose a place to stay near Yosemite and is dog friendly I HIGHLY recommend! I took 2 of my dogs here and they enjoyed it a lot.

Tim's place is just perfect for a visit to Yosemite National Park. We drove 3 hours from San Francisco to reach Tim's comfortable and well outfitted 3 bedroom home. It's a one hour drive to the park entrance. The morning greeted us with view from the deck of a herd of deer in the beautiful green backyard dotted with oak trees and and view of the hills in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place with a beautiful backyard with places for activities and lots of space for the 7 of us on our trip to Yosemite! The town is small and a little ways away for quick grocery shopping but is friendly and lively! A perfect place for any vacation for the mountains and would happily recommend this for anyone! Would definitely come here again!

This home is by far the best place I have stayed at; amenities are on point, cleanliness and attention to detail are amazing. House is fully stocked with everything you need and can think of. The pictures online do not do justice to how the home and property look in person. Donna (host) communicates well and made my stay smooth and stress free. This is the place to be if you're visiting Yosemite, Bass Lake and areas nearby. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Only suggestion would be to look into car charger, otherwise Tesla Supercharger is about 10 min from the house.

We had a brothers trip up to Yosemite for a week and we found this beautiful Airbnb in Oakhurst. The stay was amazing and the host Jennifer was amazing aswell! We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb!

Joseph’s place looks exactly like the pictures if not better! The home is beautiful and spacious. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed sun bathing in the backyard. The home is 5 minutes from all stores and restaurants but I loved the seclusion. Joseph is super responsive and very helpful.

This was our first Airbnb experience. It was much more convenient than booking multiple hotel rooms in the area for our family of six. The neighborhood is well established and felt safe. We noticed families utilizing the nearby, nicely paved walking trail that is also biking friendly. There are many restaurants and shopping centers a short distance from the home. The host was friendly and quick to reply to our questions via the app. The photos are true to the actual location. It was very clean and comfortable. The television was not working during our weekend stay, but the host let us know that it was going to be fixed the following Monday. Definitely looking forward to booking more with Airbnb in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Felipe’s home! It was such a lovely space, perfect for spending quality time with close family or friends. The home was not only cozy but also well-equipped with plenty of amenities, making our stay that much more enjoyable. There was always something to do, and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Felipe was a wonderful host, ensuring everything was comfortable and welcoming. Great place to stay with families and kids. Open kitchen to common area was convenient, nice backyard deck and patio that has an open forest in the backyard instead of other neighbors. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play and run around. Our expectations were met and would recommend staying here.

It was amazing experience something different it felt like home

I had an amazing time at this house. The house was beautiful, it was the perfect nature vibe, it was easy to walk back and forth from the house to the dock. There were waterfalls all around the lake and fun trails to explore. I would absolutely go back.

I’ve traveled to 30 countries, but Sandy’s house was the coziest and cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful house and surroundings. Perfect for a couple or a family planning to visit Yosemite.
