Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Shaver Lake

it was a really nice stay, the rooms were super cozy. living room was huge!! great for friends going to trips together, the hottub was so nice as well! around 1.5hr drive to trails in yosemite, really convenient!

Beautiful getaway in the Yosemite forest area! My dog and I had a blast. The fully fenced acre lot is perfect – front and back are connected. Most of it is see-through wire but the huge back deck and hot tub area has a wooden privacy fence. The trees are gorgeous and you can see the stars at night and hear nature. Indoors is very spacious and deluxe, lots of cozy blankets and a quaint wood stove which is actually the primary source of heat – if you didn’t do cub scouts, the owners are just down the road and will help get a good fire going and provide firewood!

Absolutely loved staying here. Victoria was an amazing host. The cabin itself was so cute and had such a warm feeling. Super clean and nicely redone. Had a lot of cool features such as a hot tub, rain shower, ping pong table, cozy blankets, and a nice washer/dryer. At night you can see so many stars too!

Very cozy cabin our family of 4 adults and 2 kids had a lot of fun. Beds were comfortable, everything was functional I would definitely recommend this place. The host was very responsive and friendly and accommodating.

It was a great stay for our trip to Yosemite. The place was comfortable and clean and quiet. It took about an hour to drive to Yosemite Valley. There are also plenty restaurants and gas stations around this place.

The stay there was perfect very therapeutic for our family and kids the animals are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The ranch has a lot of space and it’s solid with the donkeys and beautiful horses. Kids had a lot of room to run and play outside. We all enjoyed the fire pit at night and made wonderful memories. This Is a must go to spot it will be forever engraved into your memory. Thank you for the ranch tour as well kids enjoyed that. Thank you we are excited to make this a yearly thing to visit the ranch.

One of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in! Clean, beautiful home and had so much to offer. Won’t ever forget this beautiful place :) Very close to the entrance of the park as well! About an hour to an hour and a half to Yosemite village in the park

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. B'ful place and so thoughtfully done. Every corner thought in great detail and attention. The gesture by the host to get us fresh cookies on arrival won our hearts. I wish we could stay longer. The airbnb itself is worth a 2-3 day stay over.

Excellent hosts. Responsive and Helpful. Location is Peaceful and Beautiful. Apartment clean and comfortable (felt like home). Delicious homemade cookies were an added bonus

Susan was an absolutely amazing host and it honestly felt like home to me being there and being able to bring my 2 cats as well. She had great recommendations and nose the area very well . Susan was always responsive, and we even hung out a good bit as she introduced me to her main hiking group in the area which really made my weekend even better 💯 Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are a nomadic wanderer, and remote worker) like me. It’s a quiet/peaceful place in the countryside with lots of farm animals around, accompanied with beautiful sunrises. Learned about a lot of local hiking spots in the area and navigating the twisty roads around, which was fun. 10 out of 10 would stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Stormy’s place was perfect for our winter getaway. She was very proactive with communication and her place was exactly as the pictures described. The bed was very squeaky/noisy but I believe that was due to the flooring. Lastly, due to the timing of our trip the room was very cold despite the electric heater inside. Overall everything was really great. We would definitely stay here again or any of Stormy’s other places!

Phil and Lisa's place is such a gem. The best part about the property was the outdoor space. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and walking through the gardens in the morning. We had everything we needed and Lisa and Phil were extremely friendly and very responsive. They gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area and were quick to respond anytime we needed something. It was the perfect place to stay for our group of four exploring Yosemite and Sequoia. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Mariposa! Laney was super communicative and shared great local recommendations. The place was just as described—very clean and perfect for two. Plus, it’s only an hour from Yosemite! Such a great find, and we can’t wait to come back!

Cabin is cozy, warm and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay!

My family and I wanted a peaceful Christmas in a quiet and beautiful setting and this hit the mark completely. We saw very few people and had a spectacular time cooking, relaxing, and marveling at nature. We all slept incredibly well as the mattresses were just right for us. We all commented how comfortable the beds were. Very enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at the Snickerdoodle! It was the perfect size for the three of us (my partner, our dog, and me). It was so cozy staying here while it rained/snowed, and loved listening to it as it hit the tin roof. The heater and electric fireplace kept the cabin nice and warm. I feel so lucky to have found this place when I did. We needed a break from reality, and disconnect from the stress of everything going on. It was so nice to be able to unplug and unwind. The stormy weather gave us a chance to relax and work on some hobbies. Loved everything about our stay and are already looking into when we can come back again. I highly recommend staying here and checking out their IG and YouTube videos (that’s what really sold us on this place). We were thinking there’s no way one place could have so many 5 star review, but now we see why. This cabin, and the work that has been done to restore it, genuinely deserves the 5 star rating. Thank you for creating such a beautiful place!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the cabin. The location is absolutely beautiful - right on the creek, trails nearby. Our kids had a blast exploring outside, and also using the games/legos/Lincoln logs in the house. The cabin has absolutely everything you need - incredibly well stocked kitchen and rooms/beds for everyone. And being an hour drive to Yosemite Valley is of course the icing on the cake. The owners were incredibly responsive as well. We had a blast and hope to be back one day soon.

You won’t find a better Airbnb hostess. Her communications were clear and responses to my questions were quick. Cindy provided all of the basics to make our stay comfortable. The cabin was in excellent condition and the beds were comfortable. Quiet “neighborhood “ was very peaceful. We had a lovely, relaxing get away.

This place was beautiful. I enjoyed the surrounding views and the little creek in the back yard. Definitely peaceful and family oriented. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the backyard furniture and sitting by the fire pit. I will For sure be booking again during the summer. Also, The host was very responsive!

Natalie and Jon’s cabin is lovely. The location is very peaceful and quiet with the sound of birds and the river in the background. Natalie provided clear instructions for the cabin along with local recommendations for hiking and eating out. We had an issue with the heater and they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. The hot tub is a bonus after a day of hiking. Yosemite is a little over an hour away so day trips into the park are easily possible. The cabin was spotless on our arrival. I highly recommend this rental.

This is a real cabin, exactly as described. It was a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat that has everything you need and nothing you don’t, look no further. I felt right at home; this reminded me of a small hunting cabin or bunkhouse that one might find on a ranch. Muriel was very accommodating and the environment is very peaceful.
