Monthly Rentals in Seymour

GREAT apartment for my dog and I while working at Yale. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, really well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and SO GRATEFUL for the AC in the heat. Backyard garden is a beautiful space to relax as well, and her house is a 10 minute drive from all kinds of hikes and walks to waterfalls, state parks and river swimming. Hope to stay again!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. It was extremely clean upon arrival (which is always my top priority) and the space felt very cozy. Yenniffer was very kind and helpful in explaining how to get into the space etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at Marybeth's, everything was great, as usual. The unit is spacious, clean, and very conveniently located.

I would definitely recommend staying at Ivan’s place! It’s a great spot to stay if you’re taking a trip, or just looking for a getaway from home. It was very peaceful and private. It also has an amazing view of the water, which you could see throughout the entire house, due to the windows in the living room and bedroom. The view from the porch and backyard is great as well! I didn’t get to enjoy the dock or the kayaks that they offer for guests to use. But I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the warmer months!
