The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

L'inverno al Tigullio Rocks

Guardate le foto. Il resto è un monolocale al Tigullio Rocks. Chiavari e Zoagli sono a due passi. Le passeggiate da Portofino vetta o sulle colline sopra Zoagli vi fanno dimenticare anche tasse e debito pubblico. Troverete un divano letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Sono nelle stessa stanza, quindi se siete in tre è opportuno che siate molto in confidenza. Di solito apriamo la piscina a metà Giugno e la chiudiamo verso la fine di Settembre. A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
