Our trendy beach town apartment is open for rental this summer. Beautiful, modern, comfortable holiday home for one big or two small families. We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.

Set in a great location, just a few steps from the sea, best beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk from the historical centre. - 3 Nights are not enough in Teresa’s lovely villa. - Perfect views that is ever changing - Watched the fireworks near the beach below on Friday evening. - Wow! What a kitchen! - Supermarket al the Grand Hotel will satisfy your needs for water, fruits and vegetables and many other items. - Dined one night at Ristorante Portivene" and bought cornetto from Inamorata di Voi! every day. - Clothes washing machine works well! - Took a boat to Riomaggiore and walked the Via dell’amore from there to Manarola and took the boat back to Porto Venere. If you do more villages, a day pass is $41 per person for the boat. The walk costs $18€ per person. - If you don’t have a car, when leaving Porto Venere, you can roll downhill with luggage to the Bus Stop at the Grand Hotel. 1.50€ Per ticket. Select “Suburban” option at the ticket machine. However, the bus dropped us off almost 0.4 miles from the La Spezia station. It was not an easy walk. - Thank you Teresa for a memorable vacation stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anne's apartment, and what stood out to me the most was her exceptional responsiveness. When I encountered an issue with the hot and cold water, she addressed it promptly, which I found incredibly helpful. Additionally, the apartment's location is fantastic, with a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place!

This was a fantastic apartment, with possibly the best balcony in Manarola. Views were incredible, sunset was amazing. The apartment was small but incredibly cozy, and it was great to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves. The hosts were so responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Manarola itself is gorgeous, we had a wonderful time walking, eating and drinking. Just a great experience and I hope we make it back!

Federica’s place, Casa Levante is in a perfect location between the train and the beach. I went without a car and didn’t have any issues getting to everywhere I needed to. There are plenty of restaurants and bars (cafe) within easy walking distance. Being right on one of the pedestrian streets I had concerns about noise. My concerns were completely unwarranted. During the day and especially during certain hours when people are out some sounds can be heard. However, when quiet hours begin it gets very quiet. The place itself is exactly like the photos. It’s even more inviting in person. I appreciate the sparse touches of personal touches and the subtle use of framed images with useful information spread throughout. I would definitely stay at Casa Levante again.
