Holiday rentals with a patio in Severance

This was a perfect place and location for our week stay in Fort Collins. My family was in town for a wedding and it was great to be able to rent both of Ali's units to give us the space we needed. This place was the PERFECT location in FC. Right across from the university, walkable to so many restaurants and things to do but also an easy drive getting around the area. Ali was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. Highly recommend this location.

We loved the location and easy check-in! It was very convenient to several surrounding attractions and local stores/restaurants. It is in a neighborhood that is pretty large, with lots of safe places to walk. Steve was extremely proactive in all communication and very thorough with instructions! Beds were comfortable and outside noise was very minimal. Could have used a few more dishes and serving utensils but there was pretty much everything we needed as far as laundry, toiletries and household supplies. Overall a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved our stay here! The house is so adorable and artsy, with lots of cool surprises like the sauna shower and the interior design. It was a little difficult to find the place, I think a picture of the outside door would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was great! Lots of towels, extra blankets, and room for everyone. The downtown location was very convenient. I'd definitely stay again/recommend to a friend.

Was traveling to Windsor to attend a wedding. Cindy had sent a detailed message with check-in instruction which made it very easy to get in. The location is right downtown of this cute little lakeside community with a great coffee shop on the corner. The apartment was well maintained and clean. We couldn't find an iron or ironing board. When we contacted Cindy she apologized and had an iron and ironing board for us the next morning. I'm sure if we needed it the same day she would have delivered. We would definitely stay there again! One minor negative, which isn't Cindy's fault, is the stairs leading up to the apartment. This is an old building with a narrow, steep staircase that would be difficult for some people, especially if you have a heavy suitcase. There is a deck and parking in the back which may have a better staircase but we didn't use it due to snow. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but thought others should know :)

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

Highly recommended this property because it’s my favorite (and we have an extensive international Airbnb history). The view is spectacular, the house is roomy, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped/stocked, and the grand piano has beautiful tones. In addition to all that, the hosts are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We celebrated thanksgiving with family living in the Denver area, and this home exceeded the restful getaway expectation we all looked forward to.

The home was lovely and welcoming, and the yard was spectacular. The host is excellent and very responsive—they left us a variety of cookies from a local shop, a delicious little treat upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved this beautiful property and felt like we was at home with quietness! Whenever we just wanted a relax night in, there was plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy, as well as, perfect location to travel and sight see in a timely manner!! Loved the quick response to any questions or concerns we had and definitely would book again!!

Enjoyed our stay. Host thought of everything. House spotless. Especially appreciated the garage. We were close to family and enjoyed having a place to rest at the end of the day. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was great! There was a room for absolutely everyone. Plenty of blankets and sheets. Todd was great and very communicative! It did get super hot off and on, but a fan was provided, and that helped a great deal. The area felt private and it was very quiet. Great kitchen and bathroom, along with beds. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent apartment for our family of four. It was nice that my adult children had their own bedroom and bathroom. And the location was convenient for walking into town. We enjoyed our stay.

The Windsor house was exactly as pictured, everything worked perfectly, and the house was extremely clean from top to bottom. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, the tvs all were smart tvs so easy to find things to watch. We were a longer term rental so it was important we felt safe and could make ourselves at home. I highly recommend this rental

This home is so adorable and comfortable and in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. We will certainly be back and look forward to staying at your place again. Kate was a wonderful host and super responsive and helpful.

Of all the Airbnbs we have visited this was the best value because of the convenience, cleanliness and price. It is a well stocked, comfortably furnished bargain. There is a Lebanese restaurant that is fantastic two blocks away and many others just a little further. Add great Middle Eastern food to the package and you can't ask for more for the price.

Chelsey's place was great for a long-term rental, very convenient to work, shopping, and places to eat! It had everything we needed, the only suggestion would be to add a Keurig-type coffee maker! We had an issue with the cleanliness of the condo - dirty floors, kitchen table, and the dishwasher was dirty even though there were no dishes in it. But Chelsey was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately! She was an excellent host, and we would definitely stay at her place again!

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!

Thank you so much for hosting our family again for my daughter’s volleyball tournament! The place was perfect per usual!
