We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Adams townhouse was a great choice. The check in was easy his place was spacious and very clean with a wonderful kitchen for cooking. I really enjoyed the pool table and the location was close to many things. Adam was easy to work with and very accommodating as he helped me transition to another property for an extended stay. I look forward to staying here again.

This was the best experience and trip we ever had. The house had tons of cookware and little things that made it stand out so much more. We had a great time with family and looooved the house. Our family loved our stay at this Airbnb—it was perfect in every way! The thoughtful touches, authentic mid-century modern decor, and surprise Christmas decorations made it feel like we were staying at a loving relative’s home. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants and grocery stores. We especially enjoyed the family-friendly basement with a snooker table, where we had a blast learning to play. Every detail was spot-on, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

This was the perfect place to bring the family together for Christmas! Plenty of room for everybody. Beautiful home. We had a great time. Stacy was great throughout the entire process as well. There is no question that we will stay there again!

When I arrived at this house, I was shocked-- the house is a very, very pretty and cozy. I like the style of the furniture and decorations very much. Everything is well functioned, including the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The heating system and hot water are very efficient, too. The house is also very clean. Most importantly, the Madeleine and Aramati are both very nice. They gave me very detailed check-in info and cared about whether everything is fine. They also provided very nice instructions and help for me. I am really grateful for all this. BTW, the tea that they provided in the house are fantastic! If I have the opportunity to visit Fort Collins again, I hope I can still stay here😊

The home was lovely and welcoming, and the yard was spectacular. The host is excellent and very responsive—they left us a variety of cookies from a local shop, a delicious little treat upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here during CSU's Graduation in December. It worked perfectly for us. We had a 3hr gap between graduation and our dinner reservations. Jim allowed us to invite additional out of town family members to gather at the home. It was perfect and we were able to share quality time together. I would highly recommend this AirBNB and will stay there again.

What a great place! I really loved staying here with my dogs (in town for CSU vet visit). The place is pristine. Kitchen is fully stocked (cooking supplies, coffee pods, creamer, spices), the fenced yard is great and the hot tub was really nice. I highly recommend this AirBnB and I plan to stay here again. The place is very spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood is very cute - I enjoyed walking around with my dogs. It is right next door to CSU and is about a 5 min drive to CSU vet hospital. Great location for eating out, shopping, etc. Host is great and always responsive. Taylor offered me an early check-in, which was such a nice offer.

What a charming house! It’s filled with beautiful furniture, dishes and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the details of the host, including a jigsaw puzzle and loads of books.

Felt right at home exactly as described. Brianna was super responsive and helpful. I was traveling with my 1 year baby and he only wants to eat homemade baby food so I asked if they had a blender. Brianna was very accommodating and provided one which was a lifesaver because my baby is a picky eater. There was a lot of space for him to run around the house to explore and play which was clutter free. We came in February to visit family so this spot was perfect! The house sits in the perfect spot for natural sunlight to come through the windows. It was snowing and sunny so the views were beautiful and cozy. I am definitely rebooking when I come back for my next family visit. I recommend this air bnb and the host!

This home was perfect as a last minute rental for our family of 4 adults. So much better than a couple hotel rooms! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with all we needed. It was an excellent value! It is worth noting that unlike many of the reviewers,we had no pets with us, yet still chose this place based on location, price, and recommendations of others. It is homey and comfortable and highly recommended!

Jennifer was so helpful and responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we knew how to get in even when she was out of town with bad service! She also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding night, which was so thoughtful! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Super comfy beds, plenty of space, clean, fenced in yard, quiet area.

We stayed for a short visit with my son who lives nearby. It is very close to the college and downtown area as well as shopping. Although it was nicely laid out, I do wish there was a TV upstairs rather than having to go downstairs to watch anything. Also, the laundry machines are due for a change out....the dryer burned some spots on a couple items. Overall, the place was warm and cozy for our stay.

Amanda's house was great. Very peaceful with great views. It's also very close to a bunch of different Parks. I would definitely recommend.

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!
