We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pranav's place! The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful area and conveniently close to all the key tourist attractions. The property itself is stunning, offering both comfort and charm. Special thanks to the caretakers, Tanaji and his wife, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Their hospitality was unmatched—they took great care of us throughout our stay, making it even more memorable. Pranav, the host, is incredibly friendly and responsive. He promptly answered all our queries and made the booking process seamless. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We were two families with two kids. stayed in Keerthy's place for 2days. first of all it was extremely clean as shown in the picture. secondly the host is very proactive & provided all the details like, prpoperty location, caretakers contact, contact details of nearby travels before hand. Thus the check-in was hassle-free. Third, the kitchen was well equipped to cook food for the kids. Medicine store, supermarkets are in walkable distance. overall the stay was superb. I will definitely recomend Keerthy's place to others & would like to visit again if I visit South Goa.

1. The stay was very homely, clean and welcoming 2. The society is safe and very private with shops at walking distance 3. Sapana is very responsive and always there when you need anything 4. The flat comes with basic amenities and more. There are AC’s in the hall and bedroom 5. Lot of rent a bikes and cars right outside the society. Even Sapana has a few numbers which she can share Finally we landed early and had a late flight while leaving but Sapana was very flexible with the checkin and check out time which was very helpful and a big thumbs up. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the south

Wonderful stay in the peaceful south goa surroundings. The best part is the walkable beach near it and the restaurants

The place was exactly as shown in the picture and is right in the middle of the market, so excellent location. Dwayne was extremely proactive and responsive and kept asking if we needed anything. The home had all the essential items and had an old home charm with wooden furnitures and china crockeries. We could not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Overall, 10/10 recommendation.

A Perfect Stay Near the Beach! Our stay at Arcadia Villa in Candolim was wonderful! just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, We truly had an amazing time here,so close to the beach. It’s a perfect place for a getaway, and we would highly recommend Arcadia Villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Candolim.

Lincoln was an amazing host and his property felt right at home. A classic villa with a car parking, no properties on either sides, bang opposite Zoe’s Galeria, the 2 bedrooms were super spacious with all amenities, and a washroom shared by both the bedrooms at the center with separate entrances. Another washroom is in the kitchen which may sound uncomfortable but it wasn’t at all. The living room was very spacious with a good 6 seater sofa. Both bedrooms are on 1st floor with a beautiful spacious balcony. Zoe’s galeria has live music on Fri through the weekend, if you are chilling in the balcony-you kinda get free access to live music because its close. It doesn’t disturb as the doors and windows are quite sturdy and prevents loud music. Its a very peaceful space with the sound of waves from colva beach hitting right when the sun goes down. There is a supermarket, wine shop, salon at walkable distance. The main streets are close. I stayed for 3 nights and I’d definitely recommend! Thx

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

We had a wonderful stay at Sejel's home. The home is beautiful and located at walking distance from the Varca beach. The accomodation was equipped with all the basic necessities. His family was immensely accomodating and helpful. They provided us with curated details about tourist spots and food places to visit, helped us access a rental bike for our journey, and ensured that we got a cab to our final travel to the railway station when there was nothing and nobody around to help. Staying here made the trip immensely more enjoyable!

Short Review: 10/10 exceeds expectations - One of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had overall. Fantastic deal at this price point. The location, the property, the host, the apartment itself - I highly recommend it all. Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

I am speechless about this apartment stay. Simple felt like home. lavish property with easy access to all necessary requirement and tourist spots. great coordination by Pramod and aunty. I hope we kept the home clean while leaving. definitely gonna visit this property again when in panjim.

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

I had an excellent 30-day stay at this Airbnb while working from home. The comfort level of the place was outstanding, and the owner, Shreya, was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was crucial for my work. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to cook my meals. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to Calangute Beach. I highly recommend this place for both short and long stays!

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.
