We spent January in this beautiful place in Capalbio and it was just perfect! The location is quiet and close to nature, ideal for anyone looking to work and relax. The place has everything you need for everyday life. The workplace was excellent and perfect for productive work. The contact with the hosts was also great – always helpful and friendly. At the same time, we were able to relax wonderfully in the area and enjoy nature. All in all it was a wonderful stay, and we can fully recommend this place! Many thanks to the hosts for this great experience!

Very welcoming and well-maintained apartment. A strategic point to visit all the places of interest nearby, not far from the sea. Mario was very nice and available to meet us with the times.

My wife and I and a couple of our friends stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment. Impeccably clean, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms like being in a hotel, as well as a large living room and kitchen with an outdoor space that we used for lunch. The apartment is really stocked with everything you need and even more, both in terms of appliances and dishes. Coffee was also present, for large consumers like us how many times we stayed in apartments where there was a capsule machine and not even one provided, that was not the case! Mrs. Sonia was extremely kind and made herself available for any need or advice. Last but not least, the parking under the house, is useful even if the apartment is not in the historic center of Capalbio, reachable with a short walk. It was a great pleasure staying in Capalbio.

Andrea was very nice and welcoming right away and his b&b is very nice and is highly recommended
