Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seaton

Jo was an excellent host! Beautiful little cottage, perfect! with everything we needed for the stay. Jo lit the fire ready for our arrival, can’t recommend enough! Thanks Jo, it was a wonderful stay.

Fairfield House was the perfect house for a Christmas get together for our two families. There was plenty of space for 11 adults. The large dining room table and spacious lounge worked well for dinners and game playing & the generous welcome pack was much appreciated as was the hot tub. A short walk to the shops and pubs in Williton and a 5 minute drive to Watchet. Thanks David & Shruti for a great few days away.

Bridget’s cottage was absolutely tremendous! It felt homely, warm and welcoming! It was private and out of the way without being miles away from what you needed. We stayed with our 18 month old and dog who had a lovely time too. The stair gate on the bedroom was great as it gave our son freedom to wonder about upstairs whilst we got ready. There was also plenty of room for the travel cot too. Bridget was excellent at giving local recommendations and instructions for the cottage. We tried Rye in Frome which served excellent coffee! So thank you for that too. A perfect Christmassy getaway! Felt like the holiday! Thank you so much xx

We really enjoyed our stay at The Fox’s Den while visiting family in the area. Mo was really responsive and friendly and was there to greet us on arrival. The location is so beautiful and peaceful and the garden was great for our three year old to run around in. The accommodation was exactly like the photos and we felt right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay here. A cosy, clean and comfortable place within walking distance of central Wells. The bungalow is in a really quiet area and Lyn went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. It was wonderful- thank you.

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . The cottage was amazing, so peaceful and felt undisturbed with amazing views. The hot tub was clean and obviously well looked after and the pool table was immaculate. Not to mention the bonus of the heated floors! Stunning venue and lovely responsive hosts 🙌🏻

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

Found the annexe to be exactly as described in the listing. Clean and comfortable 'home from home' in quiet residential area with friendly hosts. Easy access, good off road parking and pleasant 30 minute walk into Lyme following the river path. Stayed there 'solo' but would be equally comfortable for a couple - and whilst there are no shortage of places to eat in Lyme the annexe is perfectly comfortable for an evening in/self catering.. Enjoyed my stay.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was cosy and homey. We used Ilfracombe as base to explore other local areas, however the location of the apartment was fab for walking into the town to explore. Leila was a very responsive host and did everything to make our stay comfortable :)

The Bay House apartment was a great place for a short break. The place was clean, bright and airy with amazing views. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and fishermen in the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. Westbay itself is a delightful little harbour town with plenty to see and do on a sunny day. Kiosks line the harbour selling ice creams, fish and chips etc. All in all I would recommend the apartment and the location.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The furnishings and decor were amazing, and there is a lovely private garden to sit in. Great location on Vivary Park, next to the town and restaurants. Mark was such a friendly and helpful host and I would recommend highly to others to stay.

Cute, cosy and a lovely flat! Everything as described . It was spotless clean, the kitchen had everything one would need. Our favourite feature was the wood burner, it made the atmosphere so romantic, we didn’t want to leave the place! Heated up the whole flat so much too! Sam was very responsive to our queries, provided a lot of information throughout stay. It’s an easy walk down to the town centre, takes about 10 mins - we’re fast walkers. Coming back is up hill, it was fine for us as it was a short walk by beautiful houses. Overall a great stay. Thank you Sam!

We had a great stay, Mike was excellent with clear and responsive communication and the accommodation was well placed for accessing the town and beach - everything you need is close by. This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the outside terrace. This accommodation had everything we needed and was very convenient for visiting local attractions such as Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Carol was excellent at communicating and very helpful when we needed to change our booking due to personal circumstances. Thank you for a great stay Carol and the delicious complimentary cream tea you left for us. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to family and friends.

A unique set of suites in a very large gorgeous house. There was so much room for our family ranging from 3 to 73! The communal area was used all the time and the bar area was a wonderful bonus. It really became our ‘home’ for the week and we all felt very relaxed. The suites were first rate having everything you could possibly need and provided the ‘bolt hole’ where people had their own space as well. There are so many beaches close by which we visited- Hele, Combe Martin and Woolacombe- great for paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing- we had a busy time! Neil was such a good host providing very quick responses to my many questions in such a friendly way! Would highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you Neil.

We had a wonderful stay at Coombe Villa. Simon and Charlie were so helpful and responsive. They really went over and above to help us and provide anything that we needed. The house is great and so well equipped with everything that you could need. We travelled with two very young children and it was ideal - everything very easy and cots, blackout blinds and more were provided. The house is spotless and so well designed. It’s within easy walking distance of lots of amenities and the guidebook provided by the hosts was so helpful. We would highly recommend this thank you for such a great stay!

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We had the most amazing time away as a family for Christmas. The place was perfect for our youngest member of the family under 1 years old, all the way to our grandparents. Everyone felt at home, with space to relax on their own and together. The walks around the estate were perfect for the mornings and the location was perfect for a short drive to the local towns and beaches. Thank you Emilie and all involved! One of our favourite Christmas' together.

Amazing location with stunning views and great property that is ideal for a large family gathering! The garden was the star for us and our four legged friends - we all really enjoyed the space and privacy. 👌We had a family ‘Sports day’ one day for all twelve of us and there was more than enough room. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing stay and there are loads of really good places to visit and eat at - some great pubs and we’d really recommend the vineyard five minutes down the road for a tour! (@Swanaford Vineyard). Some of the local roads are a little tight for space - one car only but if you go slowly and be respectful of other road users it’s fine. We also tried some local golf courses, Teign Valley the closest, all gave some good challenges but are also really well looked after. We also had a private chef one night (@LeFrog) which made for a very special anniversary celebration. Would highly recommend if you are a large group booking the whole place.
