Situated in SOMERTON, Somerset, our simple, spacious 4 bedroom self catering property sleeps 7+ 2 airbeds. Great value at £37 pp when 6 or more book A Life skills training venue*, it has everything you'll need, with a huge well stocked kitchen and breakfast pack. Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.
