This place is fabulous and worth what we paid for the location. The decor, especially the kitchen was very appealing. We particularly enjoyed the space to move around and abundant seating. The parking is as described, very specific and tight, as are all parking spots on this very charming street. More parking is available on the next street over and walkable to the unit.

Whether you're on a family getaway, a fun girls' trip, or a relaxing solo retreat, this spot is ideal! The town has a peaceful vibe, winding down early in the evening, making it a perfect escape for those who love a quiet and restful night. Can't wait to come back!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

The studio was perfect for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking on the street. Mal's marketplace has great sandwiches, snacks and most anything else you might need last minute, right across the street. We found a brewpub less than a mile away we could walk to and a bakery along the walk we could pick up dessert or the next morning's breakfast. We will stay here again next time we're in the area.

Ben was super responsive. The batteries died on the fireplace and when we let Ben know that we were cold, he immediately came down to bring us a space heater and replace the batteries on the fireplace. We were warm and cozy after that. There were movies, cards, and games to play, which our son really enjoyed. I really liked the selection of herbs available for cooking. Thanks for a great stay, Ben!

Luxury apartment in the heart of Capitola Village! We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was comfortable and cozy. The decor was retro-vintage 80's-90's. Dan was quickly responsive to an outside lighting situation.

Faris was very responsive. There was a short power outage due to MGE doing work in the neighborhood, and to compensate us Faris had the 8 of us at his restaurant for a comped dinner which was fabulous and extremely generous. Would highly recommend staying at his property!

Stayed here with 2 families and the kids loved it. Bathrooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Picked up the keys along with snacks at the grocery store nearby.

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

We had a great stay at Shannon’s and loved being able to walk along West Cliff Drive a few steps from the house. Ocean views from both bedrooms was delightful. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils for cooking at home. Well organized and thoughtful details throughout. Quiet location at night, was short drive to hiking and shops during the day. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Elaine’s house. It is very clean and Elaine was very responsive. I would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Jason and Leigh Ann are wonderful hosts! From the moment we booked to the moment we left, they made it clear that we could text or call them if we needed anything. When we walked in the door, they had a cute little welcome treat for us. The condo was so clean and cozy. The guest book was such a fun way to jot down the memories we made during our stay. We have been to Pajaro Dunes several times over the last decade and this was one of the more magical times with our family of 4. Highly recommend this gem!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
