The house was a perfect stay for a quick weekend with a couple friends and family members! The location of the house was perfect for when we did our beach day at Pier Village and then went out at night in Asbury. Jonathan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had a great time!

Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Patty's place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The house was the perfect setting for our get together. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Patty was so thoughtful, she even came by to salt the walkways for us when it snowed. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place. It has all the features a good AirBnB has but three features that made it next level: 1. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. I got all confused about the code log in even after they'd given me clear instructions, and Paulette helped me out-- no problem, immediately, and very friendly. 2. Place is extremely thoughtfully furnished. Everything you're gonna want is probably there. 3. Value is outstanding. Relative to the cost of local hotels especially, you're not going to come close to this kind of value in my experience in Princeton, at least from hotels. (I have a less experience with the airbnb market but I still feel confident this is excellent value.) I'd for sure stay again.

The view from the house of the sunrise over the mountains and reflecting on the lake was spectacular. Lastly, it being dog friendly made it all the sweeter. Tranquility and comfortability at its best with this air bnb.

We travel a lot and LIGHT, mostly because we travel with the kids, so we look for places that offer full service amenities and leave us needing absolutely nothing but food when we arrive. Alex's property is another gem that we will rent again. WE NEEDED NOTHING, the space was spotless, DID NOT SMELL LIKE FABREEZE was sprayed on everything. This is a big one for us because more and more we run into Fabreezed Airbnb's and it's awful to have to live in and you smell like a bathroom when you leave the house. Don't pass up this property if it's available. BOOK IT.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

Jaime's place was an absolute unexpected gem in Asbury Park! In the middle of the city, it feels luxurious, and looks like a great deal of work was put into making the home a very comfortable stay. She has great pride in her home, and it is clear Jaime has taken great lengths to offer everything you could want. We stayed during Christmas and were able to prepare a wonderful dinner in the full kitchen without a need for anything (dishes, utensils, appliances etc). I am very selective about where I stay because cleanliness is very important to me. This home hits all the boxes in that area!! The linen was pristine and the bathrooms were above and beyond in care. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard amenities given the season, but we can't wait to do so when we return. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jaime was responsive. She and the property manager worked to troubleshoot and resolve the concern to our satisfaction as timely as possible. We will be back.

This was an AMAZING weekend away! The beautiful cottage made the experience lovely. As soon as we arrived it felt like home. Everything was ready, music and candles going, the space was alive. Anything we could think of was there and ready for use. Heidi was amazing, she provided us with a few celebrations gifts. We are so grateful for our experience at the cottage and we know exactly where we are going to be when we visit New Hope again!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bertran’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Bertran went above and beyond by providing snacks, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Meeting Bertran in person was a pleasure; he’s friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right next to the apartment, making it super convenient to get around. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again. I loved this house! It was across the street from a market and Starbucks which made things very convenient with older children. The house was warm and cozy and gave a real feel of a New York brownstone. It was also walkable to the G train which connects to all other trains on the subway to go to all of the main attractions. If I had to be picky, there aren't window coverings in the master bedroom which woke me up earlier than normal, but an eye mask relieved that quickly. I loved watching the little squirrels play in the back yard and I would stay here again. This house made our winter vacation so memorable having my family all together and giving us space to all get ready for our days out.

This wasn't my first r&r @ Christina's. The space is always spotless and Christina is proactive and easy to communicate with. Such a lovely touch to arrive with the lights on and fire lit. Felt like a warm hug! I look forward to returning here again.

Great location, walkable to most everything we needed - restaurants, coffee, boardwalk, etc. Robin was very responsive and had good communication around our trip. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip with decent amenities and a clean space for our weekend!
