Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Place is *huge* by NYC standards. Two bedrooms were amazing and my toddler loved all the space in the living room. Everything accurately described and in perfect working order.

Paulette and Eric’s Airbnb exuded peace and serenity throughout our weekend stay. Their space was beautifully decorated with warm colors, ample space, and comfortable furniture (couches and beds!). The hosts responded quickly to any inquires we had during our stay and were amendable to any requests we had. There was a folder with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations which we found very helpful! We will visit this Airbnb again and again whenever we are in Princeton, New Jersey! ❤️

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

The house was very nice and had a great view. It felt cozy and was a good size for 2 people + small dog. Host is very responsive and gives great instructions to park and find the house that would otherwise be quite tricky. It’s very nice of Tom to give such great recommendations for the area.

We loved it so much we wanted to book another night! It exceeded the pictures. Everything was clean and stocked. The hot-tub was amazing, the views of the lake are superior. Lolas has amazing food literally next door. A really nice place for a quick getaway with the husband while our daughter had an overnight stay at her prospective college. We will def book again in the summer. You will not be disappointed with this stay at all.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

Jaime's place was an absolute unexpected gem in Asbury Park! In the middle of the city, it feels luxurious, and looks like a great deal of work was put into making the home a very comfortable stay. She has great pride in her home, and it is clear Jaime has taken great lengths to offer everything you could want. We stayed during Christmas and were able to prepare a wonderful dinner in the full kitchen without a need for anything (dishes, utensils, appliances etc). I am very selective about where I stay because cleanliness is very important to me. This home hits all the boxes in that area!! The linen was pristine and the bathrooms were above and beyond in care. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard amenities given the season, but we can't wait to do so when we return. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jaime was responsive. She and the property manager worked to troubleshoot and resolve the concern to our satisfaction as timely as possible. We will be back.

great place, very close to the pool, nice for kids, beautiful view from all the places in the house. Great for two families ( i will recommend put an extra bed on the master bedroom )

This cozy cottage by the sea, managed by Barbara, exceeded my expectations. I typically avoid having expectations but I was uplifted just by viewing the Airbnb listing. When I got inside, I felt at home. I stayed for a week and what I can say is the house has GOOD ENERGY. Powerful, clear, clean energy. I slept deeply and was able to focus on my work when it was time to work. Barbara is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Location? Ideal. Walkable and on the beach. Easy to access? Yes and lots of parking. Clean? Spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Amy is a great host! She was very communicative and checking in/out was a breeze. The rental was clean and exactly as described. One extra touch that we appreciated was having dog treats and toys available, which our puppy loved! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling in the Morristown area. Kristine is an exemplar for how to create an intimate hideaway that saturates coziness and thoughtfulness into every square foot. Coherent and consistent design accompanies a flood of considerate touches. The umbrella hanging by the door. Just enough labels to make it easy to use things but not so many to make you feel like an idiot. A solid wood ottoman, extra pillows of varying firmness, a dedicated place for the TV remote. A bag to hang outside so bagels are delivered right to your door! And don’t worry about needing to get cream cheese or butter; it’s already in the fridge. Oh and don’t get me started on the coffee setup. Felt like I was making my coffee at home. Granola for the pre-stocked yogurt, a bagel slicer, a rotating monthly coffee selection, heated bathroom floor, coat hooks everywhere…I have run out of space to list them all. Just go, and you’ll find peace.

Bertran was an amazing host and his cozy apartment is a great find. My husband and I were here on business (his wifi was amazing), but it would also be a great home-base for going into the city and exploring more of Brooklyn as a tourist. East Flatbush is a vibrant community, with the oldest house in NYC only a few blocks away. Grocery stores were just a 15 minute (leisurely) walk away and the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped for making your own meals. Parking was easy (even for two Floridians) and access to mass transit was within walking distance, if you don't have a car. Bertran let us know when we'd expect snow and threw down ice melt on the sidewalk leading up to our door-- that was a very thoughtful touch. Bertran's apartment was super clean, with fresh smelling linens throughout. We really felt like we were at home, safe and sound, and would definitely stay again and recommend his apartment to anyone thinking the same.

A beautiful house that had everything we needed! The hosts were super responsive whenever there was an issue, and you can tell they live at and put a lot of care into the home. Would absolutely stay here again!
