We had great time staying at Alice’s home. The place is clean n neat but more than that it had pleasant good feel happy vibe about it. Our kids had a ball hanging out n watching movies as each room had its own tv. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was in place from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. We look forward to staying at Alice’s if we visit the area again.

We booked last minute and Sumana was very responsive and got back to all our messages right away. The place felt welcoming and inviting. It had all the necessary amenities, very clean and warm during a snow day. Beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend Sumana’s place for anyone looking to stay in the Newark area. The train stain was only 7 mins away and there are convenience stores in every corner.

Olufunmilayo was our shining light after having issues with a prior booking. She was quick to respond and accommodate us, and also checked in with us throughout the stay. We were lucky enough to be checking in as she was outside so we were greeted with a big hug! The place is spacious and just as pictured in the listing. Thank you Olufunmilayo!

Bryan’s residence was very clean and cozy. I appreciated that it wasn’t far from major highways. If I’m ever in Newark again I’ll be back!

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, only 30 minutes from NYC.

This condo is extremely nice and well appointed. Accommodations were exactly as described. It worked out very well for to have our sons join us while we visited our daughter for Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! I stayed about 2 weeks and had a great stay at the airbnb! It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is centrally located and walking distance to supermarket, really great bars/restaurants (highly recommend ramen nagomi), and to the new brunswick train station. Having the free Parking garage was also very convenient. I would definitley come back!

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a New York weekend getaway. The place was great for a our crew and the views are breathtaking. Parking was available just across the street. One needs to take a tram to the Path train station, but the tram stop is right in front of the house. In our experience the quality that this place offers is much better (more spacius, cleaner and better views) than what one can get in NYC for the same money. We would come again.

Host was super accommodating after our original Airbnb didn’t work out due to lack of heat. This place was great! Heat worked well :) Clean. Beds were comfy. Very spacious and easy access to where we needed to go. Host was responsive. The pans were a bit scratched up and there was a strong cleaning product smell at check in but these were very minor. Street parking was easy to find. We would stay again!

Two words: Book it! This place is magical and we didn’t want to leave. The pictures (which are great) don’t do it justice—it’s very spacious and artful at every turn. Yes, it checks all the other boxes—squeaky clean, incredible bed, essential supplies/amenities, and five-star hosts. For example: It snowed all night, and I woke up to a text from the hosts saying the driveway was plowed and they removed the snow from my car. WOW! You wouldn’t get this level of service at a expensive hotel. So do yourself a favor and stay here. We’re so glad we did!

Igal is a great host. He came to the train station to pick me up and drove me to the house. He showed everything. Previously, he answered all my questions and gave accurate instructions. The house itself is located at a very safe and quiet part of the town. The train station is in a walkable distance. The room is quite big. The bed is not that comfy but bearable for a shorter time. Bathroom is great. Coffee machine, microwave, a small oven and a small fridge are provided. And NYC is a 40 minute train ride!

We had the BEST time here!!!! The location was perfect!! It's a 2 minute walk to the train station and only 2 train stops to NEW YORK PENN Station. We went into NYC every day with ease and it was lovely to come back to our spacious Loft at the end of the day to wind down. It's walking distance to local pubs, restaurants, grocery store and chemist. Chad was there to greet us on arrival and had heater and lights on and showed us the amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in shower was great too. My family of 5 absolutely loved this Loft and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to access NYC. We would definitely come back 🥰 Sally xxx

I came to visit NYC and loved this spot! I easily took the train from Elizabeth station to penn station to get there. Bruna and the cleaning lady were very nice and responsive.Thanks again!

We stayed here to attend Devils games and it was a very short walk to the prudential center. There’s also restaurants right next to the Airbnb which were great. The Airbnb was very clean and spacious and is super easy to check in. We will definitely stay here again.

Shelly and Abe were very communicative. Everything listed was there and instructions were very clear.

My first time coming to New Jersey/NYC and I’ll 100% go again! Everything is in walking distance. You have a grocery store right front of you and all kinds of diverse restaurants bars bakery’s etc. Penn station is only 12 mins walk from the Bnb. I wouldn’t recommend GETTNG rental car due to crazy traffic , paying for parking and long wait times . It’s a hassle once you leave NJ. It’s definitely worth being there. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes because by day 2 you will be sore from alot of walking !!! Also Liz was very responsive when things were needed and even when something occurred she got it done. 10/10 recommend !
