Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Savigné-l'Évêque

Passing through Le Mans, I unexpectedly saw this homestay, a short distance from the center of Le Mans, it was dark when I arrived, and it was still raining.There are no street lights on the way into the house and it looks silent.When you get to the location of the house, the host's guidance and introduction to the fireplace of the room, which will warm you up in a moment.The little ones are also adorable and curious about newcomers.It was a pity that we couldn't speak French and didn't prepare some knick knacks for the kids, which was a bit of a shame.If there is a chance, it should be more suitable for a long time to come back in the summer if you come to Le Mans.

We had a lovely stay at Hélène's family home! Pretty, well-equipped and very convenient for children and adults, we loved getting together at Hélène's. The calm despite the walking distance to the village is really a plus. Hélène was a very friendly, responsive and attentive host. A perfect stay, we leave with a lot of good memories.

Very nice house with lots of charm. Beautiful garden. Very well-equipped. Pleasant to stay in for 6 adults and 3 children. Thanks to the fireplace, we enjoyed very pleasant warmth. And Josiane, the housekeeper is available and very responsive.

We had a lovely welcome from the owner. Really peaceful place. The wood stove warmed us up well. Our dog enjoyed the large enclosed yard. There is really everything you need in the house, nothing is missing. We really enjoyed our time at your place. Thanks for the little treats for our dog.

For a first experience with Airbnb, it was a success. Bernadette and Philippe are quality hosts, very friendly and full of small touches for guests young and old. The area is very relaxing, the accommodation is nice. We had a lovely stay, and if we come back to the area, it will be at Bernadette and Philippe's without hesitation!

Stayed for just one night with my wife and Springer Spaniel, on stopover on way to Portugal. ideal location on edge of the woods, so great for walking our dog. we would have booked for return journey, but Arnaud was booked up for then. will definitely stay again if we are travelling near by, Arnaud was very friendly.

I've already rented Queen's place, and I'm very satisfied, as usual. For breakfast, Reine provides coffee , brioche and jam! With a fire for check-in , everything is perfect! I recommend it!

We had a pleasant time for a weekend with friends, the house is perfect for hosting a group of friends or a large family. Heated pools, outdoor jaccuzi, layout suitable for a dozen. Fluid and clear exchange with owner.

We had a great vacation despite the bad weather with a very clean place when we arrived. Good communication despite a bug in my messaging, the owner adapted. Ideal for a large family who wants to enjoy a quiet place away from everything to relax and watch a beautiful starry sky.

We had a great stay with friends for 24 hours. Very quiet location. Our host is very nice and kind. I would this property.

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

Christian’s place is a beautiful country home. Perfect for a family, a great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The house has all the amenities you could need with excellent quality linens and furnishing. We enjoyed exploring the garden and dinner at nearby Chateau Le Grand Luce. Would definitely stay again!

Christophe is a great host who knows how to put you at ease, attentive and flexible on schedules. The house was clean and everything was as described. He even has at my request add a mattress for the arrival of my guests;) Very nice and well organized

We had a great time to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped and met all of our expectations. We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 5), and everyone found their space. The children enjoyed the toys available to them. The decor of the house is warm and cocooning, creating a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Plus, we all slept very well thanks to the comfortable beds. Antoinette was responsive and attentive to our needs. A big thank you also to Annick for her warm welcome upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend this place for a stay with family or friends, and we will be happy to come back!
