Very nice house, all comforts and very well equipped. Ideal with children, fenced garden and very many games available. Finally, Laurène was always very available for us before and during the stay. We recommend this place to stay.

My friends and I were visiting around Le Mans, and we needed to spend the night there. Dom's house lends itself perfectly. The veranda is also very nice, with a view of a small herd of adorable cows! 🐮 The neighbor is very nice. Listing as described, very responsive host! Thanks again,

We were welcomed by Isabelle who was very available throughout the stay and very pleasant too. The house is spacious (perfect for 8 people), very well equipped and very clean, and a few minutes drive from Le Mans. The balneo bathtub and barbecue are real plus but as exchanged with Isabelle, we were quite disappointed by the fact that there was no swimming pool or tennis court as shown in the listing.

Excellent accommodation for groups of if all sizes. Heated pool was great for all times of day. Hosts were responsive and helpful. €200 Euros for early check in was a little expensive but overall it was exactly what we hoped for (group of 21). Would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay! The house and really spacious the rooms also the outside and great with the barbecue available I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet place Great for children 😁😄😁😄
