Ron is such an accommodating host. The grounds on the farm are nothing short of breath taking. My golden and I would walk around the property fascinated by all of the different fruit trees and plants. I came to find out that it’s a microclimate which allows for more tropical fruits to grow! If you want a peaceful getaway, this is a great option.

I stayed at Tanya’s place for about 2 months for one of my clinical rotations for school, and it was great! She always made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel so welcome and at home, and that was great especially since I had moved to Ventura alone. Tanya is incredibly kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at her place. Her place is clean and neat, all amenities were as listed, and the area was super nice. She really helped make my first time living alone and away from home such a great one! Thank you, Tanya!

Staying with Alan was absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed for three months due to a military move and felt right at home. Alan was always responsive and ensured we felt safe and comfortable since we were new to the area. The space is beautiful and comfortable to live in. Check in was simple and quick, and he was flexible with us since we arrived earlier than expected. Throughout our stay there were no major issues, the power shut off for two hours once due to a scheduled outage but that was the worst of it and Alan made sure we knew why it went out so we weren't worried! Although it is attached to the house we rarely heard any noise from the house, it didn't feel like we were attached! Overall our stay was INCREDIBLE and I will be recommending everyone that visits my husband and I to stay with him! Amenities are as shown, washer, dryer, pots, pans, stove, microwave, bed, smart tv, etc. Highly recommended staying in this airbnb!!!!

Julie’s place was better than the photos even, very peaceful and felt very safe. Julie was also super friendly, accommodating and responsive!
