Townhouse holiday rentals in São Paulo

Esther is super polite, she welcomed me at night and was very kind. The room had internet, tv, air conditioning and was very comfortable. In the bedroom there was available comforter, sheet and she handed me towel and soap for the bath. As the bathroom was shared, it was very helpful because I didn't have to take anything. The house is very quiet and I managed to sleep very well. I was at work and my stay was only for even nights' sleep. In general, I can recommend with my eyes closed to Esther for the reception and hospitality she had with me. I had a lot of privacy even though the bathroom shared. I recommend it!

Mauricio's place is that typical grandma's house! A delight! Everything is well organized and decorated! . Come back for sure!

The house is extremely spacious and has accommodated me and my friends with great comfort. Everything was exactly as described in the listing: clean, organized and well-maintained environment. We had a great stay!

Vim with friends spend the weekend on Airbnb to see the Bring Me The Horizon show at Alians Park. The stay was great! Cristina is super attentive, explained to us how to check in, about restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. Always available to us when we send a message, it helped us when we need something. I can say for sure it was one of the best accommodations we stayed in, I will definitely come back more often when I need it.

Flexible check out and check out, which helped me a lot! Even though she spent little time at the accommodation, Cristina was amazing with me! Many thanks :) and the cats are very cute and quiet. Near Allianz Park, it is very good to go to concerts. The house is very clean and beautiful, and the host super helpful.

Martina was an extremely kind and helpful host. We have provided support, privacy, freedom, itinerary tips and good conversations in the right measure. The place is great and the location is perfect. Everything got even better with the setting of the building that should be listed as a historical heritage and the decoration is amazing. Without forgetting Cremosa, which is the most beautiful and fluffy kitty in São Paulo.

This is not an Airbnb. This is home. Staying with Lola and her family made my return to Brazil the best as possible. I’m sure the friendship we forged will remain for many years to come. The place is lovely, there is space, kitchen is tidy and always with a great smell from the dishes they prepare — btw, kitchen is well-equipped. The room is quiet and there is everything one needs for a short (or up to 2-month) stay - good wifi, nice bed, laundry, an individual bathroom with shower, etc. Neighborhood is great. It is bohemian but you’re in a healthy distance from it in a way that you’re at a 5-min walk from many bars and parties, but you can literally hear nothing at home. Couldn’t recommend more. One of the best experiences I’ve had with an Airbnb host worldwide. Hope you make the right decision to improve your time in São Paulo by staying with them. All the best and safe travels :)
