Our stay was amazing! From first contact, the hosts were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, always willing to help and ensure that we had the best experience possible. Communication was quick and efficient, which gave us a lot of security and peace of mind. The space was neatly clean and organized, with all the details designed to provide comfort and well-being. The decor is charming and cozy, making the atmosphere even more special. Also, the location is exactly as described in the photos – in fact, even better! The location was also a high point of our stay, with easy access to everything we needed. The experience has exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return at a next opportunity. We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

Enchanted with the accommodation of the apartment, spacious, clean, organized, felt like home! Impeccable kitchen for those that likes to make their own food!Simply enchanted with every corner of the apartment. Easy access to USP, close to a restaurant, pharmacy and market! Top pick we made! the 9-day estuary and everything rolled perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. We were left an excellent breakfast to begin with, as we arrived at the hour and dawn with the suoer closed, which is an important detail to highlight and value. O apé is something dark, the breadth of the kitchen is of the rooms contrasts a little with the living room that is small. is the only thing I would doubt about coming back...the rest of it all wonderful!.

We spent a hot weekend and the windows need to remain closed because of the noise of the avenue. The portable fan I took helped ease the discomfort. On everything else in order. Grazielle kind and diligent. Just a tip for those who go by car: I didn't find parking open close by. We arrive at dawn. I recommend you book early if you're late.

The excellent building! Super quiet street, all nearby, subway, mini market, snack bar. And the excellent Ap!!

We had a very good experience in the apartment, with easy access, all kinds of support and resources to have comfort and quality during the stay. Diego was super helpful and helped us quickly when we had an unforeseen event with our car.

Great space, close to everything, clean and comfortable.

The studio is great, clean, has everything you need and is very conveniently divided. Shampoo etc. was available, the bed very comfortable and we were provided with an extra mattress for our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment:)

Our stay is experience for a month was really cool! The apto was easy to locate, the region is very good, with a supermarket very close by, and good options of bars and restaurants nearby. The building is not new, but very well maintained, the apartment is cozy and well decorated, maybe some people think it is dark, but for me it was beautiful. It was very clean and well equipped, complete kitchen, with various utensils and appliances, all working, with very potent washer and dryer, which was very useful for us! As we cooked every day, we really felt at home, had it all!!! There was air conditioning in two bedrooms and in the living room, they were great in the heat of the carnival. The rooms have no TV. The windows seal the light very well. There was no street noise that would bother you. The gatekeepers also help a lot and are concerned about everyone's safety. I thank Andréia who gave all support to us, always requests, responds quickly, indicated places, and gave good tips! It was great!!

I have already stayed in the space, for me it is always an excellent option, as I am a resident of the region. As always everything in the most perfect order, Michel is a great person and a better host.

Apartment Well Located. I had difficulty only with the parking lot to get in is easy. But , to withdraw it is a little difficult. Overall I thought the apartment was great

Da.Sueli was a great host, in all the time we were in the apartment, she paid all the attention and was very helpful in some questions we had. The atmosphere was very organized and fragrant. What really helped us were the trades (markets, pharmacies, ice cream shops and nearby bakeries). The beaches are very close and for those who like to walk, especially on the beach, something I love to do; my husband and I went to Santos, it was wonderful !!! We intend to return other times, as it is a simple, cozy and very welcoming environment.

Local clean, easy check in, apartment matches the description, to reach Paulista it is necessary to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and settled well. Silent air-conditioning.
