The property is excellent, well located, comfortable, with garage for the vehicle, great common area in the roof with the facilities shown in the photographs. The apartment is well decorated, bed with good mattress and good quality bed and bath linen. As we were one of the first guests, there were some missing kitchen utensils, but our orders were promptly answered. We very much like the stay, we thank you for your kindness and we thought about coming back.

Perfect Accommodation! Exceeded our expectations! The apart is new, well decorated, airy and cozy. It has everything you need and well organized and functional mt (equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, place to store clothes/personal items). Paula was kind and attentive the time td, the staff of Flat polite and friendly. Have sent us all information about the operation of the flat and great tips about the city (tours, restaurants). Aim, host and perfect accommodation even in the details, we felt pampered and "at home", we highly recommend!

It is a great option in São Lourenço, this was the second time I stayed at Rosa's apartment, I hope to return next year for sure. Super indicated, either for the cleaning and organization of the apartment, or by the location. Exceptional accommodation!

dona Maira super attentive, always concerned about doing the best,very flexible in negotiations, allowed us a chekout at 2:00 pm, very fast reception, the flat is really like the ad, super comfortable bedroom, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, clean impeccable, well perfumed, kitchen with city view, living room with a sofa bed that is the size of a double bed, balcony with city view, clean bathroom, and a wonderful shower, the doors of the flats with anti noise, leisure area on the twelfth floor, with a not very large pool but with a view of the park of the Waters, gym and playground for a child and a churrasqueira near the pool, bathrooms and showers near for best comfort, and a refrigerated drink of water perinee pool, this is great.

Adriana is very friendly and quiet, making us feel at ease. The space is in a well organized, clean, zen building with polite and helpful people and staff. I missed a small oven, as many things are bad to heat in the microwave, but there are all kinds of shops very close by. I'm tall and the exhaust fan has been fighting with my head a few times lol. The apartment is very functional but for two people it is the maximum and sufficient for a short stay.

It was almost perfect! It was not explained in the ad that the kitchen is on the second floor. My wife is in a wheelchair and it scared a little bit at first, but in the end everything went well. It would be perfect if it had a minibar on each floor, to facilitate the comings and goings. I suggest putting screen on windows for guests who have children. Everything else was wonderful! A Regiane is a personlike, well in the mining style of being. Very attentive, it gave us several suggestions about the city and what to do. Very polite porters. High standard apartment. Everything new and very clean. We recommend for sure and will return if possible.
