The environment is much more than an apartment, it is welcoming and brings works of art of good taste and that transform the stay into a moment of peace and quiet. The apartment is wonderful, super cozy, complete, a home atmosphere! Location is great, easy access to Tiradentes which was our main destination. Finally, we love to meet the host Isaac, with his positive energy, sympathy and a lot of kindness serving us with great affection. All flawless, the apartment itself, very beautiful, all very clean, the beds, pillows, excellent blankets, doesn't even make you want to get out of bed! We had coffee bottle, coffee powder, disposable filter, blender, sugar, water and more. The apartment/inn is very central, very well located! In our search we searched for a location that was close to the center so that we did not have to use the car. Great location, easy to park, close to everything, and we chose to do everything on foot. The bedroom and bathroom are large, with minibar, hangers (help too much!). Quality bed, mattress and bedding and bath linens. Very quiet and clean environment. Rômulo's house is exactly like in the pictures. Matches the description of the ad and was clean and organized. I dare say it's even better in person. The linen and towels were spotless. The location is great. It is close to the center (by car about 5 minutes), but at the same time on a quiet and quiet street. excellent all very clean and smelling , quiet place very quiet, the black-out curtains leaves the room dark giving the possibility to sleep until later.The kitchen has new and basic items only missed a filter but that's fine. The excellent shower comes out a lot of water and warms well on a cooler day. By car It takes about 10 min. to the center to go on foot I do not advise because the house is on a climb of about 70mts.
